Great Customer Service!!! Everything you read about this business is true, I took my wedding ring into Grand Jewelers to have a diamond replaced that fell out. I was very nervous about having my ring redone since it had such high sentimental value. David and his staff were very helpful and patiently explained everything that would take place with fixing my ring. Even after leaving his store, he was great communicating with me via phone and email. When I picked up my ring, I was not disappointed!!!! It was so BEAUTIFUL!!! They did a fantastic job on it!!! I am so pleased with their work I would not hesitate to return for any jewelry needs I may have, I will reccommend this place to all my family and friends. They truly care about making the customer 100% satisfied!

I had a ring custom made and it was even better than I asked for or imagined in my head. It took some time to complete the ring because I was very picky about the center stone I wanted. David and his staff were incredibly kind and patient and they worked with me until I found the right center stone. You wont find a better staff to service your jewelry needs. I recommend them to everyone I know. Its been 3 years since I have had my ring made and I still get a tremendous amounts of compliments on it. What I like the best about this place is the fact that you are treated like family and the jewelry is reasonably priced. If you are thinking about getting any jewelry, try this place out first :)

David was absolutely helpful! Not only was he able to work with me on the exact design that I was looking for, and offered so many options... He is a walking jewelry encyclopedia! So knowledgeable, and his customer service skills... I would give this place 20 stars if I could. This is my first ring shopping experience, and came across some really bad places, but thank God I stumbled upon this shop! absolutely amazing! Highly Recommended! He was able to do a rose gold with morganite stone, not trying to hustle me to get diamonds or up sale me from my original idea, truly remarkable service, and the price was excellent. Cares about the customer, not just the typical hustling jeweler.

Hands down the best and most professional team of jewelers Ive ever worked with. David, who owns the store, is one of the nicest and most patient people I have ever met. He cares about educating the customer and building a lasting relationship and creates custom jewelry in addition to whatever you see in the store. David and Patricia are really lovely! I called Patricia asking her what time they closed, and explained my situation about wanting to come purchase the rings but it being my only free night and not being able to come by until after work. Which meant they would be closed, Patricia remembered me and called the owner David and asked if he would stay for me. And he did!!! I made it down there, ordered the wedding band rings for my fiance. Plus they were ready in three days, I cant wait to show him!

I had a engagment ring custom made and being a guy and not knowing the amount of options available on the market I waited till last minute. I had a date set for a Seattle trip where i was going to pop the question. After showing David and his team a picture of the ring I was on the hunt for he was able to make it and have it done for me in about a week even though its usually a 3 week turn around becuase they were trying to help make my deadline for the trip.
