Highest payout! Wow!!! After shopping around to some of the local "we buy gold" establishments in my area, I decided to stop into AAA Gold Exchange and was so amazed by the clean, friendly atmosphere, and best of all the price I was given. The other stores were unfriendly, had bars on the windows, and just the overall bad attitude that people come to associate with this business. I was pleasantly greeted by Emily, and she took the time to explain to me how the gold was tested and how she came up with his price. After explaining how the gold market works, I was convinced that she deserved my business. The other girl was very friendly and helpful as well (sorry I forgot your name, and thanks for the tip!) I highly recommend AAA Gold Exchange in Murrieta and will be sure to let all my friends and family know. Thanks again guys!

My husband and I had some old jewelry that had been laying around the house for years that neither of us wore or wanted. We decided to take it to AAA Gold Exchange on Winchester Rd and were pleasantly surprised by our experience. We dealt with Cassandra. She not only gave us a great price for our gold but taught us about the process of verifying what carat the gold was. She was pleasant and professional. She even went to the trouble of removing a sapphire and some diamonds from one piece of jewelry since the reimbursement for these gems made them more valuable to keep. She was very honest about the transaction and answered all of our questions. We left with several hundred dollars more than what we had anticipated in a very short period of time. We will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

I have several pieces of jewelry that I have been holding on to for a while. As the holidays approach, I have been consulting with several gold buying businesses to see which one will give me the best price for my pieces of jewelry. I am in no hurry, but am not only looking for best price but also taking into consideration how the staff treats me. I must say, without a doubt, I am extremely pleased on how I was approached and treated at the Murrieta (MHS Rd./Winchester Rd.) office. Cassandra was prompt and courteous and made my experience comfortable and pleasing. I like that she was direct and honest in answering my questions. I will definitely sell my items to this business. I not only look for prices, but also that the staff is professional, and Cassandra has definitely done so.

These idiots tried to rip me off thank god for the Jewelry shop across the street. I went to the jewelry shop first on accident because I thought it was the cash for gold place. I sold 14 silver dimes(equal to 1 troy ounce of silver) to the man there. Of coarse he didnt pay the full price for the silver but I dont feel like I got ripped off. As of now silver is running about $29.00 to $34.00 and he paid me $22.00. When I went to Cash For Gold they offered me only $1.00 per dime which is ridiculous. So I went back to the Jewelry shop and got a total of $44.00 for two ounces. $14.00 was not even half of what I got from the place across the street. I dont usually write reviews but in this case I felt that everyone should know what they are getting into.

AAA Gold Exchange is where its at!! I was initially drawn in by the fantastic sign spinner. He did a great job doing some pretty cool tricks and he was pretty funny to watch. Then, when went into the store, Laura Alex greeted me with a welcoming smile and excellent customer service. I felt very welcomed. I knew that what I was being told was the honest truth and that I wasnt being taken advantage of. AAA Gold Exchange has the highest pay out!! I recommend this store to anybody who needs to get top dollar for their gold. Once again, they had outstanding customer service and true integrity. Keep it up Alex!!

I was unsure what I even had that was of any value after cleaning out my jewelry box a few months ago. When I brought it all in to AAA Gold Exchange, I was pleasently surprised by the appearnace of the Riverside store, as well as how quickly I was helped out. I was told exactly what they were looking for when testing my pieces and ended up walking out with an extra $320 that was just sitting in my jewelry box at home! Have been to a couple places just to get an idea what a piece of jewelry I own is worth. The guy at this place quoted me a fourth of the price a jewelry store quoted me. Based on the other places Ive visited and the expertise I saw at those other places the guy here didnt really seem to know what he was doing. He was the only person who asked me - what are you looking to get for it? - an immediate red flag to me as it doesnt matter what Im looking to get for it - it should simply be worth what its worth.

I completely recommend this place.Completely high class and very nice and polite people working there. I was helped by Alex Conde and she made sure I was well taken care of. I went in because my wife had some old scraps of gold she had put away from when she was a child! I didnt know what to expect. When I walked in I was greeted by Matt! He then went to how they test the gold, what he looks for, and went over the whole process! Once he was done and gave me the price, I called my wife right there and we were both blown away with how much we were getting back!! I have told my friends and family about AAA and to go visit Matt! I have never traded in anything at a gold exchange and she made all the difference in enhancing my experience at AAA Gold Exchange. I hadnt ever sold gold before, but I had some broken chains and earrings missing its pair. It wasnt what I expected at all. The office is really modern and there are really comfortable seats to sit in while you watch your gold being tested. The girl there, Cassandra, was really really nice. She made me feel really comfortable and explained the entire process to me. I was really happy with what I got for my junk. Thank you!

I received a check today from Elisa at AAA Gold Exchange. I told my neighbor about the great experience I had at this store. She too went in and sold some of her unused jewelry. Elisa called me to let me know that since I referred my neighbor I would receive a check for 10% of what she sold. Great way for a store to reward customers. Great place to do business and Elisa was very professional and knowledgeable.
