The bottom line: Passion Fine Jewelry is simply the best jewelry store in the area. Passion Fine Jewelry is wonderful and unique. This is anything but another bland jewelry store. Walk in and the first thing youll notice is that they broke the mold with their design. The store is welcoming and comfortable. The differences continue throughout the purchase process as Passion offers a pressure- and hassle-free experience. Customer service is second to none here, which is always important. Call it crazy, but they treat their customers like people as opposed to numbers or dollar signs. They get to know the people that come in, and help them select the ideal pieces. The result? Many, many satisfied customers (including me). The owners, Tim and Janna, have created something truly special at Passion. I consider myself lucky to be one of their customers and look forward to bringing them even more of my business in the future.

I have been a customer for over a year. Tim and Janna adopt a very personal approach to customer satisfaction by getting to know you and it makes all the difference. They host different social events at their store which invites the sort of personal interaction which permits them to make appropriate recommendations for gifts. Each time I consider a gift for my wife, I call or email and ask for suggestions, Janna pre-selects pieces which she knows will "wow" my wife but stays within budget. The result is a beautiful but affordable gift with tremendous impact. Tim knows watches very well and Passion is the only place I would trust to repair my timepieces.

When your jeweler picks you up at the train station to visit the artisan to make sure your custom ring is exactly what you want, and then drives you 30 minutes back to your car you know they care!! I cannot imagine getting such exceptional results for such an important purchase with another jeweler. Janas listening to my needs and ideas along with her experience and excellent design instincts were key to making this part of the process a perfect experience. Just for the record, Im now engaged and she loves the ring.
