Wow what a great place! Its pretty rare for people to feel compelled to write anything but a scathing review of a business but I believe my Robbins Brothers experience should be shared. I know how confusing ring shopping can be. The customer service and peace of mind I have received from Robbins Brothers has been exceptional. I purchased my ring from Olivia- she is an extremely knowledgeable gemologist and a diamond expert. Her attention to detail and follow up has made this process easy and I highly recommend all of you save yourselves some headache by making this your first and only stop. Their guarantee is excellent and they dont screw around with fine print or try to get out of upholding their end of the bargain. Buy with confidence and definitely spring for their service guarantee. well worth it!! (She said YES!! and she LOVES her ring!)

Always a pleasant experience. Had my wifes engagement and wedding rings made here. The center diamond on her engagement ring became a bit loose recently. We were in and out in about 10 mins with the ring repaired and cleaned.
