Employees all act like your presence is burdening them. On my last visit, Rod, a manager, took 5 minutes to come to the register and check my items because he was yelling back and forth with a young couple that he had mistakenly accused of stealing items. I was very appalled to see that and will not shop here again. Family Dollar should investigate this employee, I have heard many complaints.

Rude employees raciest manager following black women i wittnessed on 3 different occasions ..... Have to wait to check out employee explained she was alone .... Manager always unhappy .... Always seems to be an employee smoking in front of the building.. ... I could go on

Sometimes they are out of stock of things that I want but its not a big deal. There are a few things that I like & can only find at Family Dollar stores. Employees are usually pretty nice.
