These guys do great work but they take forever. Rob is awesome at what he does but for a usual 2 or 3 hour job it takes him 3 or 4 days. The customer service is great other than the fact they are slow. They are slow because they have too much work. If you have a few days or weeks to wait on your motorcycle definitely go to them because there work is awesome, but if you need something done quick fast and in a hurry you better shop around because they will take awhile to finish your bike
