My first time at Woods Cycle Country was with a group Im with, Austin Sportbike Riders. We were having a get together/lunch/fun time. I rode down, despite an impending monsoon, with a group of 8 others to enjoy the company, food, time, and chance to win some awesome prizes. I had never been to WCC at the time, and wish I had gone there to purchase my bike. I was HUGELY impressed by the courtesy extended! Everytime I walked in the door (which happened multiple times) the receptionist at the front welcomed me despite having seen me millions of times that day. The sales people were polite, and understood I was there with ASR and not looking to purchase a bike, but did choose to sit on almost every bike they had in stock. I graduate college next year, and if a new bike is in the plans, I know where Im going! Additionally, the staff was exceedingly courteous and considerate of everyone. While I was waiting in line for food, a staff member came in and asked Mark, the GM, if he could get a plate of food for some kids who were standing outside hungry. He had managed to distract them with some quarters for the pinball machine, but knew theyd soon be wanting to eat something. Of course, Mark said sure, and we all let him cut ahead of the line to get some food. Finally, one of my final highlights, was that Mark rewarded those of us who braved out the monsoon and rode in again, helping me get some needed accessories for my bike, and they raffled off a track day to CoTA which I was one number away from winning. All in all, this dealership went above and beyond! All of these things were far from necessary, and there are many other highlights that I wont mention simply due to saving space. This isnt just a business, this a group of people dedicated to treating their customers as human beings. They arent just looking for the sale, but to make sure you are a person. I have never seen such great service from anywhere, motorcycle related or not, and greatly appreciate everything they did for me and my friends. You can guarantee that as long as I am within distance, I will always come here for my bikes, parts, and accessories in the future.

In February 2013 I bought a new 2012 Kawasaki Voyager and started having trouble with the transmission indicator showing the wrong gear. Woods tried to fix it in September and then in December had to take the engine out to replace a sensor. Less than two months later the problem came back and I called Woods to let them know. Joe asked for a couple of days to see what they could do for me. A few days later he called me back. He offered to swap my 2012 out for a brand new 2013 at no additional cost to me, or put me on a 2013 with ABS for a little more. When I bought my 2012 I also prepaid for the first 6 services and had already used 3. I asked if there was any way I could use the remaining 3 on the new motorcycle. Instead, they restarted the entire maintenance plan. Less than a week after I notified them the problem was back, I picked up my brand new ABS Voyager. They even switched over my cup mount while I was signing the paperwork. Joe, Justin, and Kyle all turned what should have been a frustrating situation into a positive experience. I will definitely be going back.

Just purchased a bike from Woods Cycle and absolutely love the bike. I drove 4 hours to pick the bike up without any issues, multiple phone calls made, questions answered, low pressure, etc.. But, when I show up and look at the bike there is a lack of a rear seat, which is a factory item for the bike. Was not notified that the rear seat was missing untill after the fact I drove 4 hrs. Second, 2 days after I get back home I notice on the lip of the front fender is a nice chunk that had been broken off. This can not be repaired and fender has to be replaced. Very subtle, but yet I was told the bike was SUPER CLEAN with no issues. Not very honest if you tell me, 100% my fault for not going over the bike with a fine tooth comb before I rode it off the lot. So now I am out more $$$ to replace/fix these 2 issues. Even answered a phone survey telling them my issues and I still yet to receive a follow up phone call on these issues. Learned my lesson, and will not be purchasing/recommending Woods Cycle for anything. Bring a fine tooth comb with you if you decide to shop at Woods Cycle.

This is the the worst parts dept. Ive ever dealt with. Ive been riding/repairing bikes since I was a kid, for almost 4 decades now. I simply cant believe how poor the service was. It would be more appropriate to phrase it "lack of service". I needed a new left side mirror which on my bike meant reverse threads. First try, wrong side ordered, ever though I took the parts guy out to my bike I made sure they understood that left and right mirrors were not the same. Second try, the same again. Third try, they never called me. I called them finally and they had no record of my order. This is not the only instance of ineptitude. They gave me the wrong spark plug cables/fitting caps. I have ordered three times for specific things which I was VERY clear about and not once have I received a workable part. Ive heard from other bikers in the area and they all had stories about them messing everything up too. This is not a business you can trust. There are much better dealerships in the area and it is worth the extra drive time to avoid repeated trips that end in nothing but frustration.

Just bought a 2014 Yamaha Super Jet set ski this evening. They were awesome to deal with! 1. They easily helped me attain my watercraft race license (which was a requirement for what i purchased). 2. I was able to talk the price down some 3. they tried multiple financing companies to find the best rate and deal 4. they did not push a bunch of extras or extended warranties on me ( in fact they threw in a bunch of free stuff like spark plugs, straps, t-shirt & race oil, etc). Blake was my salesman but I must of talked to almost everyone in the place from management, salesmen, parts & mechanics. They were all outstandingly friendly and great to deal with. I went here originally b/c they were the only place that had what I wanted in the greater SA metro area. But after my good experience I will definitely return here for my next purchase & recommend them to friends & family. Why go to a big city dealer when country dealers treat you like people not a dollar figure.

I have been dealing with Woods Cycle Country since before Mr. Woods bought it and I have always found the people to be very courteous and they have always gone out of there way to make sure that my bikes are well taken care of. Today I stopped in to ask a question because I keep smelling radiator fluid, but could not find a leak. I wanted to find out if my water pump had a weep hole for when the seals go bad. One of the mechanics came out to show me and it the process found the hose that was leaking. No fluid visiable, only the stain. He said here is the problem and went and got a wrench, tightened the clamp, and sent me on the way with no charge. I continue to have great success, with maintenance, sales and part from this dealer and think others should know. I also find it nice to be able to go to a dealer and just talk bikes, and not feel like Im being mugged to buy one by some sales person. Great job guys.
