The employees of Kent were wonderful to me. I decided to purchase a sport bike from them based on several factors. 1) In the past, my boyfriend and I have gone in to look at their inventory. We did not buy anything the first few times, but the customer service never changed. They were informative and knowledgeable each time. 2) They have a very positive and energetic attitude, which is contagious. 3) They were patient with me. My work schedule cuts close to their closing time, but they stayed late in order to provide me with what I needed. They never seemed irritated with me or rushed me. Every person I interacted with was wonderful. Jeremy was great with providing me with information. Matt was great with helping me with what I needed to bring to complete the process. I bought a carbon fiber exhaust and the gentleman that helped me was great- I am sorry that I cannot remember his name. And Amber was great with the paperwork process. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Customer service is something that I value above price point any day. I would rather spend money with people that cherish my business than with someone who does not enjoy what they do or appreciate my interest in their products. Kent Powersports in Kyle, TX would be a great decision for anyone. Thank you for everything.

The service department at this dealership is top notch. Reid and Brad in the service department really know what they are talking about and can help you solve any issues that may arise with your motorcycle. Brad goes above and beyond with customer service and will tell you straight up what is wrong with your bike, no games no gimmicks. Everyone there is extremely friendly and their parts department is very reasonably priced, most of their parts line up exactly with prices I have found online. They generally have the parts I need for my bike on hand so no waiting for shipping. Once I had a flat tire late in the afternoon, I called them and explained that my bike was going to be towed in and needed a new tire, they stayed late waiting for my bike to arrive and helped the tow truck driver get the bike off the truck. This dealership really goes above and beyond. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a good dealership.

I have been coming to Kent for three years now and am impressed with them every time I stop by. I recently have been experiencing some intermittent electrical problems with my Goldwing, and their magnificent service department has been great about keeping me informed on how the repair is going and what the next steps are. When I get my first dual-sport bike later this year, I know theres only one place I will go to get the best price and service after the sale, and obviously that place is Kent Powersports.

Reid and Michael in service are awesome! Very knowledgeable, not only about motorcycles and motocross bikes, but all off-road vhehicals. Heath and the techs are fabulous. Theyve had both my 450 and 250 in and out lickety-split with no problems at all. Adam and Sean in parts are cool dudes! Always have the parts I want in stock and very helpful getting us anything we need. Id highly recommend paying Brad and his team a visit at Kent Powersports in Kyle for anything you may need. Service department is amazing! Honest and friendly service. Went in expecting to pay much more for service and needed repairs, but was shocked to find their unlike most shops trying to boost prices and sell whats not necessary. They gave me an honest breakdown at a fraction of the cost. Not only did I get a great deal in comparison, they brought my bike up completely detailed/washed and clean!! I came in horribly dirty from recent rains.

Ive been dealing with Kent for quit a while now and seen only positive change and growth. They clearly have the right people in the right places. From the best service to an excellent sales staff! Cant forget the finance department! I remember when it was cowboy. Still most of the same great team! We have purchased our last two Polaris ATVs through Kent Powersports and have always received excellent customer service. Recently we had to have some repair work done and Mackie and Reid in the service department bent over backwards to get it diagnosed and repaired quickly, the cost of the repair was extremely lower than what we had anticipated. They have outdone themselves and have gained a long term customer.

Amazing one on one service! Have bought 2 900 Polaris rangers. Brad Zeeff is a very helpful salesman. He went above and beyond to make every need met. Have brought in rangers for scheduled service and its always done on time and correctly. Best place to buy any toy you might want in the Austin/Kyle area.

Kent Powersports is a upscale motorcycle dealership that has a wide variety of equipment to choose from. My favorite department is parts. The manager of parts, Adam, is great to work with. Hes friendly, knowledgeable and gets the parts quickly. I would highly recommend the store, especially for parts.
