Since 2013 upon an initial purchase of my Can Am Spyder, Granbury Motorsports has been an outstanding dealership! I have had so many great firsts with this shop, starting with Mike L. who was an Exceptional individual who walked me through my purchase from beginning to finance. Mike patiently talked me through Life saving qualities of what it takes to safely operate, own and care for a motorcycle. Patrick is always available and knowledgeable for any questions that I have. If he does not know the answer, I have not been able to leave the shop without his research providing exactly what I needed. Chris R, Service mgr. (this is what good looks like) - always prompt, patient, thorough follow up and sincerely willing to provide attention to detail without ever being asked. He has worked very closely with me to provide what I consider is one of the “meanest” Can Am Spyder STS on the road toady. Chris B, (“Priceless”…. Motorcycle technician at large) who gives me a Peace of mind on the highway that everything on my Spyder is in working order. Not many technicians are willing to talk to you – they talk at you. Of course, Mitch who is always operating in the background, available for any additional assistance and willing to go the extra mile to put that smile on a customers face. I drive the distance for service to Granbury because of all members of the team, knowledge and that go get em attitude of fixing it right the first time. For me, this business model has not changed since 2013. In fact, they have gotten better. Thank you all for making my Motorcycle experience one that I will always remember!

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had in a retail deal. Bought two used jet skis, which had been taken in on trade we were told. Salesman guaranteed they would be serviced, totally and thoroughly gone over, detailed and ready to go on Saturday. Well, one was ready even though both were paid for in advance. Nearly a month later, the second one was declared totally ready..yeah right..ran great, speedometer wasnt fixed, but overall it was ok. Tied both to dock, kids, ages 30 and 34, got up early to ride, and the one we had just gotten after a month delay was sunk to the handlebars (yes, both plugs were in and tight) This is such a fine outfit, they said if I could drag it out, theyd look at it. I got upset at that. The owner then told me that it was my fault for leaving used jet skis in the water. I think a quality dealer would have sent someone the 3 miles to my dock to remedy the situation. I spent all day, with a new pacemaker/defibrillator, in the water, with a come-a-long dragging it to shore. When I told the owner, if I had to, to get this sorted out, I would just get an attorney he said "Good, Im thru talking to you" and hung up. I dont know if they will reply, but I have witnesses to this conversation that arent related but heard what was said. Since Granbury Powersports wont talk to me any longer, Ill have another mechanic evaluate it and post the results of what he finds that wasnt fixed properly.

Had a couple Yamaha Waverunners I needed to get summarized, serviced, etc. after sitting for a couple years. Was going to go to Freedom, but decided to choose Granbury over them because of Chris and his team. We did have some bumps and bruises along the way (due to the skis sitting, not their fault), but Chris was able to walk me through the process, gave me all the options, and a realistic time frame and price. I was pleased from start to finish. I live in North Dallas, so it is somewhat of a journey to take them out there. However, I believe they are more of a relationship basis rather than a transactional basis. They are looking out for the customers best interest, not their pocketbook. Chris even offered to bring them to Fort Worth (where I work), which is something you usually do not see offered. I took them out last weekend and they were running like they were brand new. Can not thank Chris and Granbury Motorsports enough for the hospitality and service. 5 stars from me. Thanks again!

You can buy motorsports equipment anywhere, but what draws me to Granbury Motorsports is the service. Im not one to be persuaded by the conventional approach to sales and service, which are tactics that usually drive away my business. I also dont like getting the runaround when it comes to laying out the details so that I can make a decision on what route to take with equipment. Chris Russell is a straight shooter and doesnt beat around the bush. He has time and again provided insight and information that has helped me and others get back in action fast. Hes also let me know when it was a lack of simple maintenance that proved costly for my repairs, which helped me understand that I have a responsibility to make sure I stay up and running. If you want a straightforward and quality experience without feeling like youre just another dollar sign, hands-down, you need to visit their shop.

We went to ft. Worth motorsports for the first Spark last year. They treated us like we were a waste of time. They acted like they were going to sell the Sea Doo Spark to the next person of we didnt. Becaus of our bad experience, we drove almost an hour to Granbury to get that one serviced this year. We were thinking about buying another one. While we got that one serviced, we were approved for another. But the trailer was too wide for our garage. They had a costume made trailer made for us. And bang. Out 2 Sparks are in a 93 inch wide clearance with a 91 inch wide trailer. They worked and worked for us. Night and Day when it come to ft worth motor sports. Yes, Bradley is a A#= hole. We highly recommend Granbury Motor Sports for sells and service. Check it out.

I took my 2 Sea Doos into Granbury Motorsports for service and warranty work on power trim on one of them after 45 days and the service manager telling me I was next in line several times he delivered them to my house telling me they had been repaired, when I checked them the power trim hadnt been touched. I now have them in a Sea Doo dealership in Lewisville. It looks as though Granbury Motorsports charged Sea Doo for the warranty work that was never done and now Im having difficulty getting warranty. I will never go back to Granbury Motorsports and advise anyone who is needing service on anything Granbury Motorsports offers, take them to a good reputable dealer and save yourself a lot of heart ache and frustration !!

I went in and asked a few questions to who I thought was the manager. He started getting an attitude and talking down to me in a very disrespectful way. He said " No, dont worry about this bike, we are talking about this bike.". Really? I asked a question about a different bike and he told me not to worry about that one, just worry about the one he was talking about. Then he started half-yelling at me and getting flustered when I would ask a question, he would answer a completely different question or telling me about something I didnt even ask about, and then he would get angry when I went back to the original question. Summary, great looking shop, poor selection of bikes, and the manage is a complete douche-bag.
