my boyfriend just bought a new motorcycle and the second day we had to replace the batterie and once we replaced it it stopped working so we brought it here. at first they were ok with their costumer service. not to good but not to bad. then my boyfriend called to check up on it he is in the army so he is use to checking up on people working on vehicles. they were RUDE!! i said ok maybe it was just one of them having a bad day. finally after TWO days they said we had a bad batterie and to go and exchange it. it took them TWO days to tell us that and they didnt even call us to say it was done we had to call them several times!! but it gets worse that same day that we took it out my boyfriend went to Georgetown and the bike suddenly shut off. they were nice enough to get a tow truck out there but the next day when he called to check up on it they said it was out of gas. When we gave them the bike it was almost full they had it for TWO days and it was EMPTY? REALLY?? even the reserve tank was empty!!! i said ok fine lets just get the bike out of here. when they gave us the bike the blinkers were not working!!!! they were working when it got there why are they not working now???? they were at least nice enough to stay half an hour after they closed to "look" at it. couldnt find the problem. the bike was suppose to be fixed everything was suppose to be fine but the next day it wont start again!! THEY DID NOTHING!!!! the bike was still not fixed and we had to take it to a different shop. you want to know what was wrong? the wiring needed to be cleaned. not only were these people rude over the phone but they didnt fix the problem!!!!! i usually dont write reviews unless they do something amazing or they are just BAD! there was only two people that i liked form that place and i cant remember their names one was Berry i think and the other one was brunet. thanks for reading hope this helps

I like to ride, I like motorcycles, and Im also cheap bastard. Ive been using Napalm since they became Napalm Motorsports (8 years??). Anyway, I like the crew they have and like any place the people come and go but the standards shouldnt change. Ive purchased a 650 Hyosung from them 6 years ago then traded up 3 years ago for a Victory Kingpin. When I come into the place, Im greeted with a smile, a handshake, and then we talk bikes. If I need a part, they find it or order it; if I need tires they have them and the price cant be beat. The mechanics talk to me (not down to me) because of my limited knowledge on engines and explain what is the problem or what the solution is. Like any place of business on any day, someone will not be having a very good day, yet Ive not experienced that with them. Ive observed a person upset because the part wasnt properly ordered, the young man behind the counter took the tongue lashing, apologized for the mistake made by someone else and then took care of the upset customer. Then as soon as he finished with the irate customer, he turned to me with a smile and positive attitude. Hard to not respect that dedication to his job. The sales guys are salesmen, yet they dont smother you or push hard to make the sale. Im sure some day Ill walk in and receive rudeness from someone but does that mean the whole shop is full of rude people? Next time you visit the motorcycle stores in Austin, I have and will always see what they have to offer, you will come back to Napalm Motorsports because its not a big showroom, it does not have 15 salesmen, it doesnt have 10 motorcycle lifts, but what it does have is character and uniqueness. I know they dont want me to say this, but its the closest thing to a "mom & pop" shop youre going to get.

Worst place in Austin. So I bought a used motorcycle thinking I was getting a good deal. I buy it and cant even get the thing of the lot. They keep it for like 2 weeks trying to fix it telling me that they were going to get it perfect for free because it didnt have a warranty. Well within days the coolant blows out of the bike and refuses to circulate, some of the lights go out and noticed they didnt change the oil or coolant like they were supposed to. The pipes burn blue which means they didnt calibrate and tune the bike correctly and had to rig a manual fan to keep the bike cool so it doesnt puke the coolant in 5 mins. 2 weeks of work and this is what I end with? I understand they are not liable once it leaves but to leave it in this condition after keeping for so long is unacceptable and shows they have no idea what they are doing when it comes to fix motorcycles. They try to bribe you into giving them 5 star reviews. They never call back when they assure you that they will, called once and they told me it was sold as is, explained that i was told i would get it in great shape before it left and the guy(dave i think was his name) said no one said that even though that daniel guy said so. Theres a reason my friends told me to stay away from this place, should have listened.

I had been looking for a preloved Harley for a while. I happened to stumble on to Napalms website and observered a Harley which fit my price range and style. I contacted the shop and was put in contact with a guy by the name of Ben Green. After speaking with Ben for only a few minutes, I felt as if I had been friends with Ben for years. I decided to make the trip from Houston to Austin to see the bike in person even though the extra pics Ben sent me were more than enough to sell me. I arrived in Austin a little later than I expected and arrived to Napalm close to closing time. Ben took the time to take to grab a bike and ride with me on a test drive to show me around Austin a little bit. On a side note Austin is a great place to ride on the back roads. Upon returning to Napalm Ben took the time to work on my paper work and get everything lined out. Once all the paper work was finalized and I was ready to go, unfortunately I still did not have the transportation set up to transport the bike back to Houston. Ben and his staff members waited for me to return and even straped the bike down for me. I can honestly say I have never been treated so good by a salesman, who I now consider a friend, and staff until now. I am extremly satisfied with Ben and Napalm.

They have a lot of nice bikes, clothes, and accessories, but... Beware - They cant change a tire without scratching your bike! (theres a good reason that theres a disclaimer sign above their service desk "not responsible for scratches/damage incurred during service") I brought my bike into their shop to have the rear tire swapped out. When I went to pick it up I found that the rear wheel was scratched, the pulley was scratched, and there were grease smudges all over the rear of the bike. When I brought it up I was argued with (even the owner)... After I complained enough, they offered to polish the rear wheel and re-paint the pulley, so I said "ok". When I came to pick the bike up, the scratch was still easily visible and they had done a terrible touch up job on the pulley (looked like someone had used some crappy touch up paint and not bothered to blend it in). I was frustrated, and knew that I wasnt getting anywhere with them, so I took the bike and left. Not too long afterwards, I noticed that the other side of the rear wheel had been bent sharply outward due to the use of a pry bar to get the wheel off. Needless to say, (but Ill say it anyways...) Im never taking the bike back there for service ever again.
