Purchased a CBR here and was very excited about the customer service and fair pricing. I decided to bring my other moto in to get some parts replaced that i prepaid for and was quoted $80 for labor. I was extremelly dissapointed about the time frame. I was told 2-3 days to fix my bike and then hear 2-3 days before they could look at my bike and it took 3 weeks. I would had it repaired elsewhere if they were too busy. I called weekly for updates and asked if they could let me know if it needed additional work and i wanted to do what was necessary to take care of it properly. Parts were ordered without my knowledge and I was told the repair was instead $350. When i got home my bike was missing several screws and a part that holds the fairings in place. The flywheel they installed for me is leaking oil a week later. The seal doesnt appear to be installed properly. I was also told the old flywheel was extremly dirty because i made the mistake of leaving it open while i was diagnosing the issue. Had i known they wouldnt thorouly clean it out and claim my motor would go out from the dirt i would have cleaned it out myself and it would have been spotless with my maticulous efforts before they ran my machine with dirt in it or had that part replaced. The owner did work with me on the pricing because it was much higher than i anticipated. I just wish i made the time and decision to fix the bike myself. Overall, the selling service was great and would return to buy but unhappy with the repair because i feel a little mislead.

I took my Kawasaki ATV in because I was having trouble with it running rough. As I expected, they told me they felt I needed to have the carburetor cleaned which I authorized. Immediately after the service the ATV ran well. After 4 weeks, the ATV began to misfire and pop, When I called to report this issue, they told me it was old gas and had nothing to do with their repair. The irony is that I was still using the tank of gas they billed me for when they replaced the fuel after they repaired my carburetor. They wouldnt do anything to help me out. Now, 3 months later, I have fuel pouring from the carburetor and will need to take it somewhere else to get it repaired. I wouldnt recommend these guys.

I took my SeaDoo RXP here a few years ago (4 years ago) because it was running really bad and they were located really close to my house. These guys had it in and out within 5 days. When I got it back on the water, it was a rocket out of the hole. I couldnt believe the difference. Now, I have been taking my jet skies to these guys every year. For winterization and when bringing it out of winterization/storage. Each and every time, my skies are running great and strong. I will continue to take my jet skies and motorcycles to these guys. Great service, answers all my noob or novice questions, fun conversation, and great prices. Highly recommend to anyone in the area.

TAKE YOUR BIKE HERE! Worked with Walker on getting my tires replaced. FAST ... ATTENTION TO DETAIL ... GREAT SERVICE. Also pointed out alot of things for me to look for further down road. Scott worked with me to get the Harley part I needed ordered. He pulled some strings to find me the best deal. This was my first time here and I was treated like a regular. Took my chopper here and these guys saved me a grip of money.! Had starter problem, they took a look found a missing bolt behind the primary cover. Could have made me just buy a new starter but they were honest and fixed it along with trying to recharge my battery with no luck. But cut me a great deal on a new one! Would recommend them to anyone looking for an honest shop and good service!

I have been taking my bikes here for years. Ive bought a bike from them and taken 2 friends here to buy bikes. James and his staff are really good people. Just like any mechanics, sometimes they tell you something you dont want to hear but the prices are more than fair and the service is outstanding!

This shop has awesome service and theyre very friendly. I cant really complain at all. I came in this past Saturday without an appointment to get my oil changed. It was very affordable and I was in and out within minutes back on the road and enjoying my weekend ride. Thanks Extreme Power Sports!

I took my Ultra 150 jetski here because I was having cooling problems. Brent was awesome. Service was fast and affordable. He fixed the jetski and continued to answer questions that I had about it. This shop is honest and fair. I would recommend to anyone.

These guys set me up right - I had an issue that everyone else told me was a bad starter - these guys double checked the other shops works and it was just the battery saving me about 500 bucks! I wish I had brought it here first.
