I stop by this jewelry store by chance. I was looking for a wedding band for my husband. That being said when I first rang the bell it took The gentleman a good five minutes to open the door even though he saw me standing at the door. From there I proceeded to look around for about 5 to 10 minutes. The gentleman was working with a customer so I waited for the two other employees to come ask me if I needed any assistance but no one came. Then a elder Caucasian man came to the door and the gentleman open the door right away. A young lady from the back came to assist the elder man and ask him if he needed anything. No one ever asked me or greeted me as I came in the door. Im not going to say it was racial or not but I am Hispanic and the owners and workers were all Caucasian. Regardless of color the customer service was horrendous. Im not one to leave reviews for any sites but this one really did offend me not only as a customer but as a Hispanic woman.

My wife and I have been customers of Styles Jewelers for over 15 years, and could not be happier. Jeff designed and created my wedding ring (I still get compliments on it), and Ive bought many a piece of jewelry for my wife here. He and Maurice (the two owners) are as down to earth as any two guys can be, and the experience of shopping here is as pleasant as can be. Ive seen people of all ethnicities in this store, and theyve all been treated equally, namely, as potential great customers. Have I had to wait to be served? Yes, but I understand that can happen. I took in two watches yesterday afternoon for repairs--one for a new battery, and the other to have a pin replaced (or so I thought). I went by today to pick up the first, and Jeff gave me both watches, charging me only for the battery itself, no charge for repairing the pin, and even cleaned the wedding ring at no charge. Service is better than any jeweler Ive ever dealt with.

My family & I have been customers for a very long time and we have had nothing but great experiences. My fiancé worked with Jeff on developing my wedding ring and he made it so unique and absolutely perfect. Staff is extremely professional and nice and offers great customer service. They ensure that you are completely happy and put the customers wants and needs first which makes the experience extremely special. I highly recommend making a visit to them because they are amazing!
