I Love this place. The owner and his wife are friendly and professional at the same time. I find them very knowledgeable. They have a huge selection. I bought a jade and diamond ring from here, and I get tons of compliments, and did not spend an arm and a leg. Hes also good at repairing jewelry, replacing batteries in watches, etc.

Worst experience ever. My friend was looking for a wedding ring and the rep at the store was not helpful at all. It seemed to us at one point that he was not quite interested in selling. We are not returing to the store. They lack professionalism big time.

I called to see if they were open. They told me they were. When I got there, it was 9:20 & their sign said they didnt open until 10. The guy inside opened the door immediately and started fixing my watch. Now that is AMAZING service.
