I would like to give this place a one star review, but because I was partially at fault here I feel like have to give them a two. I was on my way to my appointment when I realized that I was going to be late (my fault). I called four minutes after my appointment time to let them know that I was a few minutes away, they put me on hold for two minutes, at which point I had pulled into the parking lot. When the woman came back to the phone she notified me that the doctor had left for the day just two seconds ago. Seriously, I called FOUR minutes after my appointment time, and youre telling me the doctor had already LEFT!? Now I know late is late, and its rude and annoying. However, I have spent many years in an industry that required me to schedule appointments and deal with late and on time clients alike. I never dared to consider a client a no show any sooner than 10 minutes after their appointment time, often 15 minutes was required. I was so disappointed and upset. Ive had a miserable eye twitch for the last 4 weeks, and the thought of having to deal with it for another week or more while I try to find another doctor and make an appointment just makes me want to cry. Like I said, I shouldnt have been late, hence the two star. Id like to give them a one star rating.

I tried this location for the first time to purchase glasses. I was very pleased with the professional friendly service by Courtney, the manager on duty. Although the store was quite busy I observed that every customer that entered was greeted with a pleasant smile and acknowledgement. The selection of frames was good and the prices were quite reasonable. Courtney was more than happy to recommend a designer frame on sale that was nicer than the frames I had initially chosen. I liked them better and saved money as well. I will definitely use them again and recommend this business to friends.

I have been going to this place for 2 years and I have decided to change places now. I arrived at my appt and the doctor was not there. They made me wait only to tell me that the replacement was going to arrive in an hour. I wasted my whole morning and then had to come back another day. Then I went to pick my glasses and only one person was there with at least 6 people waiting. It looks like they are in need of better management and planning. Until that happens, I will try a different business.

Ive worn glasses since I was 6 and Ive had the best experience at this office. Everyone has been extremely friendly and accommodating. Even when I needed my lenses remade, everyone went above and beyond to make sure they were perfect. Dr. Basset is fantastic. He was even great with my 5 year olds. Gonzo, the man who makes the lenses, is fantastic. He really went above and beyond to make sure my glasses are perfect. I had been a customer with another chain for a long time. Im so glad I switched.

OMG!! The staff here is so much more receptive and approachable with their customers! From entering the office, exam, and leaving, everyone here had EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Dr Bassett was extremely informative and did not try to push anything on us. Our technician had excellent customer service. The manager was also receptive to ensuring our needs were being taken care of. If you want equal and outstanding customer service go to San Tan Visionworks, not Superstition Center Mall.

Doctors office: The doctor and staff that helped us were very friendly and extremely proficient. The Dr. Was also very knowledgeable and open to any questions. Store: the staff at the store were also very friendly, helpful, and patient with us as we made our glasses selection. Overall we were very satisfied with our visit!
