I came in after I had my phone stolen and I had my old iphone that I was using before to use as a replacement until I was able to afford a brand new phone. All I wanted was help with activating it and such. The woman that attended me refused to accept the fact that the iphone was in fact a sprint iphone and not a T-mobile phone even though I thoroughly explained the situation. She was incompetent and rude. Seemingly she did not want to attempt to even help and was only interested in telling me that my ONLY option was to buy a brand new phone right then. I left and attempted to do the set up and activation on my own by following the instruction on the Sprint website and had my phone working perfectly within minutes. I cant say about the other employees there but I do believe that there should be more training done at this location.

What a joke. I ordered online for pick up iphone 7plus. this was the closest store that had those in stock. it was an hour drive for me. I called the store to make sure they got the order and have the phone in stock. They said they got it and its waiting for me to come pick it up.. After I got there was told to wait. Waited an hour to be told sorry we solt our last iphone 7plus just couple minutes ago... I am switching from sprint. what a headache.

Omg, what a ripped off. The manager from this store asked me to sign on a contract for a lease not a purchase and almost did until i realized it and read it, he was pushing me to sign it and kept saying that it was a great way to save money when the difference between lease $28.67 and purchase $31.00 was less than $3. The story continues but longer story short, stay away from this people, horrible store to do business with.

Unfortunately the staff is not helpful. We came in to upgrade and then were referred online. After ordering phones we made appointments to pick up in store, they still couldnt help us. They made us come back an additional time. They realized it would be problematic and yet didnt call us to change the appointment. They dont even apologize for how bad the service is they just shrug at you.

Everytime i need help this store is always helpful. If you are a sprint customer i recommend this store. Denise is a great employee and very helpful. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because sprint 800 customer service is BS! Im old school so talking with someone in person is better.
