Tyler is my grandson and this was not his experience, but mine. I own a business and have always received excellent customer service at this store. This is why I have been buying my business supplies there almost exclusively for over 15 years. I went there today to get a little advice as to how to put a cartridge in the HP laser printer bought there a year ago. I was told by an employee that I believe was the manager "on the run" (he did not even bother to stop to talk to me) that he could not help me and that I had to physically bring in the printer (it is huge)and he would have to put in the cartridge for me at a cost of $15. I advised I was only looking for a little input and he said he was not allowed to do that according to store policy. If Office Max store policy is now not to provide any help with products bought there ...by by Office Max and hello Staples.

I WAS a REGULAR SHOPPER in this LOCATION until YESTERDAY. I WAS LEANING over the counter as I AWAIT for MY MOTHER for HER SHOPPING NEEDS. The MANAGER TREATED ME DISRESPECTFULLY for I told HIM 2X that I HAVE PROBLEMS WALKING and I am just waiting for MY MOTHER to SHOP. The TONE of HIS VOICE was in a MANNER that I FOUND to be a RACIST and OFFENSIVE to ME as an ASIAN CUSTOMER with DISABILITY and to a SENIOR ASIAN WOMAN. Finally, I WILL NEVER GO BACK to this STORE for that STORE MANAGER was very UNPROFESSIONAL to PEOPLE with PHYSICAL DISCOMFORT and to SENIOR CITIZENS. Yes! MY MOTHER and I are ASIANS. Thank you!

Jessica did an outstanding job helping me make "emergency" business cards for a colleague. She knew exactly what she was doing and was very knowledgable and helpful. This was an extremely stressful situation for me and she made it great, plus got everything printed in a very very short turnaround. Even though the store was very crowded, she kept calm and handled everything. Amazing customer service. I have always liked their printing services and I would recommend them to everyone.

Im grateful for their email system where you can send them print jobs. I dont buy much else there, but theyre good in a pinch when Ive been out of printer ink or dont want to use all my ink on a project for other people. Same-day service possible. Just give them a little time to get things done. They usually only have one clerk working the printing counter when you come in but she does a good job and she is nice.

I have Never had such rude associate on the phone, at any other store anywhere. I called in to ask if they take in used printers for recycling and once I wanted more details and started explaining something his guy just hung up! Really?? I know its now about a purchase, but I had purchased a new printer just 2 days ago at another location and didnt know what to do with the old one. RUDE staff.

EVERYONE working in the store today was so nice and helpful. I needed 150 pages copied and Cynthia was beyond helpful with details and procedures in the copy department. She signed me up for a rewards card and explained all the workings of the rewards. A very pleasant experience all around!!

I think that their prices will make most of these stores close its doors. I still come here once in a while looking for a deal but it is becoming very uncommon. I like the store and people are friendly, but will not pay 30 to 50 % more for a product just because I like the place.

This place is unbelievably disgusting. Bad service, they watch you enter the bathroom and leave and check after you. They threatened my cousin to clean it saying he dirtied it. Very bad service. Not helpful. I only gave it a 1 becuz it was the least choice to give

Came here after FedEx Office Print & Ship Center down the street wouldnt pick up the phone. Officemax did on the first ring, The place was clean, not too busy, people helpful, lots of parking (6:30pm Tuesday) and the self-service copier worked flawlessly.

Great service. All of the employees there are absolutely a Stars. They are very knowledgeable and they can answer to every questions. Even the silly one.They are there to help. What I really like is that they are very discreet and they dont push sales.

Small, underemployed, not very clean. No one on the floor who can help and/or answer my questions. Crowded parking lot. Small choice or no choice in few specific groups of items. Not really recommended.
