Its a hit or miss with customer services ! Laziness in many , long lines when 4 registers are not even open at times . Most of them there need to be trained in Customer Service ! The Store manager doesnt know how to make things right for a customer . That why I called the corporate offices to speak to a DM about a problem . He never returned on message for to this day . its been 6 months . ! Shame on him ! He deserves to be fired for this type of No Customer service & No common respect & customer decency & solve their problems . They did have the common decency to call me back as i was promised about the issue . i worked for Jewel 35 years ago . This company is about nothing like the great company Jewel was !!! But I left in 1981 and i was making $11.50 air . In 2016 that the most they make Now 35 years later . Today its higher prices , less customer service , more corporate $$ . They havent got a clue . Jewel from the top corporate leaders to the store in Westchester is why there is such poor customer service and so many mistakes like computer pricing . Jewel thats why you were #1 in the 1960 to 1990 . Now they are near the bottom off the barrel Today .

This Jewel has some of the rudest employees working there. The wing bar is self help so I filled up a bucket looked around for the tops but they were nowhere in sight. I politely asked a young man working at the deli counter for the container top he looked at me, mumbled something under his breath and lethargically walked away. No response to even say you need to take a ticket and wait in line nothing. I tried to speak to a manager on the way out but that was going to be another long wait, so I left and tried calling the store to speak to a manager a bit later. When I called I was put on hold & hung up on. If you want to be treated like garbage this is the place to go. Needless to say never buying here again.

This jewel is very disappointing. The produce department is hit or miss. Some items are often spoiled and molding. Also I went to get feta cheese and it expired in April its July. One of the main things is the meat selection its the worst of all the other jewels Ive ever been to. First of all this jewel is terribly understaffed, there was a full store and only two lines open also this is the third consecutive time that Ive gone there and the bagger disappeared as soon as its my turn in line. I dont mind bagging at all but today there werent any bags to bag with. The cashier was very nice and helpful but outside of that this jewel needs better management.

Sad, The cashier didnt know what he was doing. Items that were 2 for 5 I paid full price for. I know how. Much I had on my card to spend and a previous receipt for proof. These are the best employees, SHARON, Jewel. John, Osco, Ray and Bonnie Pharmacy and a few others. All who have been with jewel for a long time. There some employees who need to shape up or ship out. And ya need to be more professional looking as far as dress code as They are representing the co. After having 4 generations of relatives. Working or have worked for jewel I know what Im talking about. Unless I see improvement Good bye jewel hello all other competitors .

Ive found the employees to be the best with very few exceptions as it must be a two way street. If you are nice, you get nice back. Items that are out of stock they will let you know when their next receiving date will occur. Some items that I like which are no longer carried as the fault of slow sales or results of bad purchasing agent in their main office the store players try to get restocked and are many times successful. On the whole the store employees are excellent. An exception may occur with a new employee but if the older employees can get improvement with the new employee to soon the new becomes an ex employee.

This Jewel/Osco is very familyncentered. If you shop here often the staff makes it a point to get to know you. Jewel has great produce and thats mostly organic now. Great bakery section. Bryan the manager is always on site doing a great Job! Osco is the best. The pharmacists go out of their way to get to know you and helpful with your medications and suggestions for issues you migjt have. Rey and Jueng are the best. Bonnie and the rest of the pharmacy tech also take the time to know you and go the extra mile when issues arise with insurance or doctors offices.

Horrible people that work for this location. The director of this store is a moron and all the managers. They dont have the respect to disrespect a diabled person like me I once work here just horrible and disgusting and disgraceful people that they call themselves so called managers. They hire only white trash. Horrible location to work. Brenda is against people that are disabled she should get her ass fire period. Horrible company.

The man behind the deli counter tonight was so WASTED he could barely function. He was grabbing at the air above the chicken with the chicken tongs and slopping pasta salad and bean salad all over the counters. Then hed just STOP what he was doing and stare into the distance. Pretty suspicious of his female co-worker, too. This was at 6:00pm Thurs evening. 6-4-15

I came to the deli 7mins before opening time. The lady not only ignored me while she was cleaning the slicer but when I asked if she was open she shortly replied no not till 7am. Uhhhhggggg! This is why Im taking my business to Petes Market! Their customer satisfaction is the main priority.

Customer service is good. I also bank in the TCF Bank inside and their customer service is good as well. I havent had any problems with this jewels. Everything is pretty well stocked, store is pretty clean. I would recommend it to anybody to go their and shop.

Our favorite grocery store in Westchester, great deals every week. Friendly and helpful staff. This store might be smaller compare to other Jewels but still offers a great selection of products.

Theyre ALWAYS great here!! The guy in the meat department is... ehhh... but he totally warms up to you & looks out once he knows u. I honestly have NOTHING negative to say about this store.

Its got Food would give 5 star but the prices on many items are higher than Marianos my favorite place to shop Jewel is 2nd its close and its open late( till 12pm) not a bad place to shop
