The only good experience that I have when visiting this store is when the manager Sonia is not there. She does not have good customer service skills, not a welcoming person AT ALL!! I feel that Im being watch and not wanted in the store when Sonia is there. everyone else is very helpful.

Walked into this store on a Tuesday afternoon while the mall was completely dead. I saw 3 sales associates while browsing around the store for a good 15 mins. I was never greeted or talked to once. Youre an outlet store in Rosemont. Get over yourselves.
