This is my Jewel-Osco but I had to post this because this evening I had the most pleasant experience with a young man working at the meat/seafood counter. They were already closed but he very graciously took the time to help me with a question and once I figured out what I was being asked to get (on my grocery list) he went back and got me the item even though the counter was closed. Exceptional service and just a wonderful attitude. I plan to let the store manager know directly next time Im in the store.

We go to this store all the time. It is our neighborhood store, the convenience of which made it exciting for us to live here. This location is pretty good for most things, but could stand some particular improvements: 1. Better meats, and better supervision of cooler dates. 2. Fresher produce. Meats and produce are key to a good grocery. Focus on THAT, and not selling Cubs memorabilia. If you can do those things right, you will survive amongst superior competition like Marianos or even Trader Joes.

I use this jewel on a regular basis because of proximity if there where other choices I near I would use them. There chatty staff between them selfs and lack of customer service the only time I have seen short lines and efficient checker was when corporate was in. It bothers me greatly when deli personal say it a little over by 50%, if I couldnt do my job and was always off I wouldnt have a job. I do and recommend anyone to drive to Tonys or any other grocery store.

OMG - I havent been to this Jewel in about 6 months! I had been sick from the deli 2 separate times (after waiting 20 minutes!) and I was truly grossed out to shop there. Last week i was in a hurry and only needed a couple staple items...WOW! I am so beyond thrilled to see the new and improved deli, salad bar, cold/freeze cases and the new layout. How refreshing - thank you for doing this. I live around the corner and will be back!

Food and household items are very expensive. I detest self-checkout. Hire more cashiers. After spending hours playing your Monopoly game, you guys ran out of tickets before the expiration date. That isnt fair.

Typical Jewel/Osco store for those familair. Nothing special or out of the ordinary for a chain grocery story. Recognizable national/regional brands, acceptable produce and meats, with standard selection.

This is our local store and we do buy some items here, you just need to shop around to get the prices you want to pay. The people here are very good at their jobs and most enjoy working here.

This jewel finally got updated a few months back, focusing on their produce. Good selection, wont beat marianos in choices but you can get in and out in under 30 min.
