This place is one of the worse ! I have been getting charged for a lease and insurance on a phone I returned more than 8 months ago and according to the store manager "we are working on it" it so happened that when we went to complain changes were done to that phone. Seems to be that some in sprint took phone for their own personal use, while I pay for the phone. Not only that but was given receipts from a different location in Chicago . They are rip offs and u dont understand how sprint will not do audits of their inventory and check how they keep loosing money with these kind of people. Almost a month and Bazil still telling us that my district manager is looking into it . When the district manager himself also said" no no that that employee he can never be able to do that he is very honest " I feel sorry for sprint loosing so much with these kind of employees,

Got help from James and Erik handling not only the problems I was aware of but other problems as well, these two have renewed my faith in sales people as well as humanity! I would be saddened to hear if they didnt receive anything but raisss directly into upper management. They have helped me so much I dont know what I would have done without them. Kudos sprint

Great store. Erik is the best. I always go to him. I drive from Addison to go see him because he is always professional and helps me out with my questions. Def. recommend.

The manager scammed me into thinking I was paying five dollars a month for a phone lease when it was really twenty dollars. I will NEVER go in that store again. Horrible
