What a GREAT STORE. I was in the Quarry Mall and stopped in to the Sprint Store near Target and wanted to share my experience. I normally go to the one on LaGrange and Ogden because their staff is amazing but thought I would give this store a try. Now I have two amazing Sprint Stores to go to. I was greeted promptly and had all my concerns addressed. Jose, Bradley, Victor and Jennifer were the names of the crew and they were all great, I was watching them interact with customers as I was waiting for Victor to fix my phone. The environment was friendly and very professional. GREAT JOB SPRINT!!!!

This is one of the better stores I have seen out there. The staff is very knowledgeable about their products and their service. If you ever had any issues with Sprints phones or services, I would highly recommend going to this store. Most importantly, they know how to take care of the customer and maintain a long term relationship. I have been to some of the corporate Sprint stores and have noticed many of the employees are like robots that always answer as if they were reading from a book. This store actually has personality and that makes it easier doing business..

I could not have been more pleased by the customer service at the Sprint location. Ever have that pestering problem with your phone and feel like the world is going to end? Ah, relief is found here. The manager, Scott Hunter, was more than understanding and completely took care of my needs, and gave me a bonus for my troubles that I have had with my phone. It has my most high recommendation on this store, and the sales associates who I have worked with inside.

I would give no stars but there isnt an option. The store store manager wouldnt even take the time to look into my account. Zero customer service. Sprint please train your employees better. Ive been a sprint customer for 14 years and lately in store sprint staff seems very poorly trained. Thanks!!!

Waited for over 40 mins to be helped. Then treated poorly and left without a resolution. Terrible customer service, treated like a 16 year old kid trying to steal candy. I wish I could complain to Sprint about the conduct of the store. But since I dont have a pin, I dont matter. Never going back.

I greatly appreciate the customer service at this store. Even when they are busy they acknowledge you as you walk in. One of the associates, Jose, was very helpful. I have been to three different Sprint locations and this store seems to be run the best. Good job America Wireless!

After experiencing less than desirable customer service at other Sprint stores, this store was like a breath of fresh air. Store Manager Scott Hunter is extremely knowledgeable and will take all the time needed to make sure you leave satisfied. I highly recommend this place!
