I purchased a Wi-Fi modem in March of this year and just opened it today to connect it and there was a problem. Went up to the store and spoke with a supervisor Melissa Sous (who need to listen and not talk so much)all she kept saying was we cant exchange or refund after 90 days. I got so mad and asked for the manager over her and out came the store manager Christy Daniels who kept repeating the same thing instead of listening to what I was saying. I wasnt looking for a refund just to see how can I exchange for another one. I didnt have my receipt but I offered for Christy to swipe my card and see when I purchased it. She kept saying she couldnt do anything with out the receipt. I know they can swipe your card and get information of your purchases! I have been shopping at this Target for years and I go in there everyday sometimes three times a day. I do all my shopping at this Target and I felt like they treated me like I stole the modem. I FELT LIKE A THEY TREATED ME LIKE A CRIMINAL!!!. I REFUSE TO SHOP AT TARGET AGAIN. I ALSO INFORMED MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS TO NOT SHOP AT TARGET EVER AGAIN!!! Customer service need to know how to talk to customers!!

Love it here but they can be nasty. The garbage can outside is always full, we tried throwing a cup away and everything fell out and my mom got splashed with something on there. the bathroom can be gross too. watch your stuff, sometimes the people who steal here are the actual workers. my mom left her purse for maybe 30 minutes and the security who got ahold of it took 800 that was to pay her rent. #petty still great and nice workers other than that one bad apple of a "security" guard

OMG I have experienced the chatty cathy cashier from hell! I get into this nice clean and organized store to shop it takes 15 minutes for me to get my items and make it to checkout. However the other 30 minutes is in checkout with chatty Cathy cashiers who interact WAY too much with customers! It is also like the are hand typing the items in instead of scanning them! Get more cashiers and get faster managers! Get me some self scanning checkouts!

Rude employees asked for an item I couldnt find that shows in Stock on the website. I went to Isle it said it would be in wasnt there so asked for help. Employee looks at me like hes stupid or something and says not in Stock so I placed an order for store pick up for this one item and had to wait 40 more mins after I was done shipping and sure enough the item was picked for store pick up. Wasted a lot of my time in this process

All the trash cans were overflowing with garbage, no produce bags, no jalepenos, floors were dirty, no face cream, no water bottled , popcorn all over the floor, manager Esteban said what mattered was the dollar amount s that they sold. Parking lot full of shopping carts thruout the parking areas. No ranchero chips in stock ,very disappointing.

The employees at the Target in Broadview are not familiar with their stock. Asked about water guns,particularly Nerf water guns and was told no there werent any. Did not try to look for them. We walked down the aisle and saw a small display of Nerf water guns. Although a very friendly staff.

Outcast

Was looking for a Suicide Squad exclusive pop, didnt have any in stock. They looked it up on their smart phone thingy. And said the one in Melrose had "15" of them. I got there. And they had nothing! Wasted about an hour of my life to drive there and back for no reason. Ridiculous

This is our go to Target. Its really close to our house and the fact its a Super Target is big plus because we can do our grocery shopping, and supplies shopping all in one place. The store is always clean and organized well. The people that work there are nice.

I usually like shopping here..easy access to street, not much traffic. Todays visit included many customers and this time there were some longer lines than usual. But the staff did open a few extra registers and was able to get out of the long line I was in.

There is a weird smell in the clothing isle that reminds me of the Everglades. Its not a bad smell per se but I wouldnt want the clothing I buy to smell like that. Otherwise the rest of the store is clean, laser lined, and well stocked.

You can get groceries AND housewares or clothes or other non-food items here. Quality is good, prices are great, store is organized in a logical method. They have really good signage to locate the department you need.

do not try to do an exact exchange the next day for a different size, because the manager Jerry will not help you. I am going to spend my money at a different store that will take care of their customers.

Good store. Clean and usually well stocked. They dont have enough check out aisles open though. 25 aisles and 4 open. They try to funnel you to self check BS. 5 stars if it werent for the check out issue.

this has to be my most favorite Super Target. it is a huge store but is always up to date with the latest trends. the only reason it isnt receiving a five is because the fruit selection is pretty weak.

I love this Target location. They have a great selection of items, as it is a large Super-Target location, and it is convenient to the La Grange Park and surrounding areas.
