After months of internet research and visiting local dealerships for reliable and clean used vehicles, I decided to visit Sands Ford. It was my first visit to the dealership, which is regrettable because the customer service was outstanding. When I was looking around at the vehicles in the lot, Tom Burrell introduced himself and was exceedingly helpful. I told him exactly what I was looking for; he answered my questions with courtesy and knowledge and not with tactical shady salesmanship as so many other dealerships do. After doing more research about the dealership and seeing other vehicles in their inventory, I leaned more towards a 2014 Focus. I returned later that afternoon to the dealership, and was assisted by Ian for a few moments while Tom was briefly out of the office. Ian gave me a test drive of the 2014 Ford Focus, and further assisted until Tom returned. Both of these guys were exceedingly courteous and knowledgeable, and at this point decided on the Focus. I already had financing and insurance worked out with my own bank, which took the stress out of the numbers aspect of the deal. Tom still wanted to see if they could get me a better deal than what I had worked out with my own bank (as I have USAA, they came close but its very hard to beat USAAs financing and coverage plans). All in all, this was my fourth Ford vehicle purchase and sixth vehicle purchase. I can say that this was, by far, the least stressful and most pleasant car buying experience I have ever experienced.

I went into this dealership with a unique and impossible need. It was about 8 hours before a major snow storm, I am a snow removal business owner, and I needed a truck with a plow on it right then and there. It was a losing battle and they had nothing with a plow on the lot. Mark was my sales person and he showed me the truck i purchased with a plow mount on it but no plow. With their connections we went 10 minutes down the road and miraculously found a plow that fit the ancient mounts. The plow was not functioning and the plow store was expectedly swamped before the storm. They immediately went to work getting the plow ready for me as we completed all the paper work. I was home by 8:00pm and moving onto bigger and important storm prep things. I would not have survived the snowstorm if it was not for Mark and Bobs fast and amazing help. Thanks guys! I own a fleet of Fords and will be coming to see you anytime I need anything in the future!!!

Went in after work (I work construction so I was a little dirty) on July 3rd to take a look at a Hummer H3. After test driving it we went to talk numbers and the Sales manager very rudely came up to us (without talking to us first, running our credit or anything) and said that no bank would give us financing, he didnt even attempt to try. Went 15 min down the road to "Tri County Toyota" right off route 422 and with no hesitation they hooked us up with a brand new SUV. Our sales guy was very nice at Red HIll but they wouldnt give us the time of day. However I highly recommend "Tri County Toyota" instead of this place, its definitely worth the 15 min drive and you wont be disappointed. Not to mention the fact that these guys only have 21 other reviews and "Tri County Toyota" has over 150.

I bought a car there about a month and a half ago. They did not make the whole buying process the easiest, they kept trying to contact me and since I work second shift they made getting in touch with them more difficult. The guy I talked to seemed very demanding and not helpful at all. Also, I bought a pre-owned car but they told me they would put some gas in the tank for me since it was on empty but instead they did not bother and I left the lot with an empty tank of gas ! I contacted them privately about this and they had no desire to bother with my email ! This was the first time for buying a car and I was not satisfied at all with the service or the fact I had no gas in my tank !!! I would not recommend this place to anyone !!!!!

I was more than pleased with my customer experience. Leasing from Sands was truly an excellent experience, Every employee from my first contact up to sales manager was friendly, knowledgeable and customer oriented, I work in customer care so I have high expectations, Justin got the ball rolling, Brad worked the numbers to my best advantage, Tom stepped in while Ian was is class and I needed to test drive ahead of schedule, Ian was persistent and communicated through text, phone and email and did a great job of getting me acclimated with my new Escape, and Kass made the dreaded paperwork seem like fun. I spoke on the phone with "Mike" and his attitude completely turned me off. I asked him questions regarding financing and his replies were extremely bland and non informative. Reminded me of people that work at fast food places or something that you can tell really dont like thier job, so they just talk to you like they have no hospitality or care for you. I actually intended to go there and purchase a car tommorow morning, but just the phone conversation alone was a foreshadow of whats to come. Oh and if your going to rate your own business and give it 5 stars at least make it sound like a real review. Thanks and I hope you guys can learn from this and better your customer service.

On 02/09/16 I called to schedule and oil change on my 2011 ford F350 at 2pm. I was told no problem please bring it in for service. When I arrived a wonderful Lady greeted me with such pleasantry. I felt very welcomed which is rare in todays service industry. Mrs. LEIGH ROGERS was exceptional , she was able to get my truck in service right away, my wait was very minimum, she was very courteous with both my vehicle as well myself while I was waiting for my truck to be completed, which happened soon there after. Mrs. Rogers is a sure asset to your team an I will be bringing my truck back when I need service.

I was looking for a good quality, pre-owned vehicle, good on gas, that would replace my truck as a daily driver. I was browsing Sands website, and found a vehicle that matched the criteria I was looking for. My salesman Nick was extremely helpful, courteous, and help my wife and I feel at ease with the whole car buying experience. My wife actually said that it was the first and only time she actually ENJOYED buying a car. Many props to Nick, and the staff at Sands in Red Hill! Highly recommend.

After having issues with my Girlfriends vehicle I was dreading going to the DealerShip to have it fixed. This is a wonderful facility that is easy to locate, and very knowledgable and helpful with all requests and requirements. I would recommend this to anyone that is looking for a reasonable mechanic to work on their ford. I will also add that the Service Department itself, as I have never been to the DealerShip is very quick with parts and also diagnostic at a reasonable price!
