I went to Hertrich Mitsubishi to get a second key for my 2002 Eclipse, which I bought used. They told me that copying a key would cost $80 and take 45 minutes. I told them I thought that was expensive for a key and a long time to wait. I told them that I had an appointment in 90 minutes. They assured me that I would "definitely be out of there within 60 minutes." I agreed to have the key made. It was not ready until 75 minutes later. I went to pay for it. They tried to charge me $190. I missed my meeting. They have a worthless key. Their service is awful. Do not trust them. Write down the name of everyone you talk to. Better yet, record everything they say to you. They think the customer is always wrong. I only lost 90 minutes of my time. You have been warned.

I live in Dover I drove home to wait they called me and told me my car was done when it wasnt even started yet so I ended up sitting there for hours waiting on them to fix my car when the whole point of dropping it off was not to have to do that also they added Michael to my name and Im a woman
