I have to say that when i first got my new car back in 2014, i went through David (who no longer works there) and he has always been so good to me. However, over the years, i bought a second car (not from Dave), this one was used and the transmission went out the very next day we finally took it off the lot! On top of that, they said the car needed to be cleaned and washed and we were waiting until closing time for it (they literally turned out the lights while we were in the building!!))) We had to come back the next day to get it, long story short, the car wasnt ready for 3 days AFTER we signed the paperwork!! They replaced it with the exact same make and model (another used car) and within two months, this transmission went out as well. They tried to say it was not the transmission (however, we work on cars for a living also). The only option we had was to trade the car in for another one because they would not replace it. So we went from a 18,000 car loan to 32,000 car loan because they said that we could only get a certain car in order to get 0% interest!!! Now back to my FIRST car, within 1.5 years the transmission needed to be replaced. So my car was in the shop for about a week or two. I have gotten the tires (all 4) replaced about 2 times already ( less than 3 years since purchase). About a month ago I went in for an oil change and they said my appointment was not in the system (booked online) and i would be considered a walk in and would have to wait 2 hours to be seen or schedule another appointment. I had my son with me so I decided to schedule another appointment. I got to my new appointment and the man said that i had been there a week earlier. So i had to explain to him that i was there but they couldnt find my appointment and told me to schedule a new one. Miraculously, he found that OLD appointment. REALLY??!!!! They changed my oil. Fast forward to today, my battery went out!! they said that since it is over 36,000 miles that the warranty is no longer valid because it was 36,000 or 3 years. I had this car less than 3 years and the transmission and battery BOTH had to be replaced. To say the least, when i first bought my car i thought Nissan was the best. Now i think they are just horrible. I have referred people there and never received the $100 for referring someone. Their customer service is less than mediocre to me. I just dont want to deal with them anymore. I have literally cried tears of frustration every time i had to deal with their customer service for the last 2 years. I love Nissan cars! I should of went to Porter Nissan! For the price i paid for a USED vehicle, i could of got a NEW vehicle. I am over Sheridan Nissan, i really am. Now that i am close to being done making payments on my sentra they are sending me mail to trade it in for a titan!! Absolutely not!!!!!! I dont want to deal with them anymore. That is why i give them a 2 star rating. Their customer service has went down big time with me. I am way past over it. Update:: not even a month after that rescheduled oil change, im all out of oil!!! Wow!

I knew my boyfriend and I should have got back into our car and drove back off the lot when I realized we had been standing out front for 10 minutes after arriving and not one salesmen came to greet us. We stood in the parking lot and had to look around aimlessly wondering where all the salesmen were? Wasnt busy, looked like we were the only customers there yet nobody came out to greet us. Finally we were greeted by Eddie, at first he seemed like a nice guy. We were looking around at a truck, he offered to get the keys so we could take it for a ride. Came back to the dealership, we wanted to talk numbers. We sat down, again waiting .. (no idea where our salesmen was, just disappeared.) Finally 20 minutes later they were finally able to give us their "best price." This is a used truck were looking at. We wanted to negotiate some, who doesnt when theyre buying a car? He asked us what we were looking to pay and he literally LAUGHED in our faces. We did our research before coming to this dealership, we knew what the truck was really worth. We were asking for a little wiggle room. Eddie must have not wanted to sell a truck very much because he didnt even want to try and negotiate, he actually turned his chair around and put his back to us as if he was just done. So I asked, you cant even go ask the big guy if he can cut the price more? Eddie says "I just KNOW." Okay do ya? So he finally went back to the desk to see if they could cut the price, they shaved off $400. So again, just trying to have a conversation with Eddie, he cuts us off, doesnt even let us get one sentence out and I can quote him, "in WHAT PLANET do you think youre going to pay for the trade in price?" & i responded, well if you wouldnt have cut me off and let me explain what I was actually asking, then you would have realized that I wasnt asking for the trade in price. My boyfriend knew we would have been wasting our breath at this point so we just got up and left. As we were walking out I turned around and glanced back and saw the whole crew of guys all laughing. Is this a joke? Are we not customers? Are we aloud to talk and ask questions? I guess not, not according to Sheridan Nissan and surely not according to Eddie. Ill never step foot on this lot again & ive never experienced such disrespectful and poo customer service in my life and ill be sure to be telling every person I know about it :D

I think everyone from the service department, the mechanics, sales personnel as well as the receptionists are all great, at Sheridan Nissan! However, for the finance department, as well as Chip I can not say the same. Due to them, I would not recommend Sheridan Nissan! The finance department did not pay the bank off for my old Altima that I traded in, when I bought my new Altima. Therefore, a couple weeks later my old car payment as well as my new car payment were both taken out of my bank account at the same time, when my old car should have been paid off by Sheridan the day I bought my new car. Being as though I did not know they did not pay the bank for my old car, my bank account was over drawn, which left me with over draft fees, I was unable to pay credit card bills (which left me with late fees) and it also left me with no money. The worst part about the situation was, when I contacted the finance department they had the nerve to first blame me! (I dont work for Sheridan Nissan, therefor it was not my job nor fault!) Secondly they acted as if they could careless. For example; When I went in to try to get the issue resolved I brought up the fact that they made a mistake that I had no control over & I had over draft fees as well as late fees from other credit card companys that I was unable to pay. The finance departments response was "Youll be fine, they dont contact the credit bureau until youre 10 days late from paying your credit card bill." That made me livid! Not only did I have to keep contacting them because they STILL did not pay the bank for my old car, but it took them over a week to fix the issue, they took at least two more weeks to reimburse me for the old car payment that was taken out of my bank account. I was never apologized too, or compensated for all the fees I had to pay due to their mistake. I emailed Chip several times, as well as calling and leaving him messages. Chip did not contact me back at all!! I know mistakes happen, and Im not one to complain. But because of how poorly I was treated, and the amount of time it took to resolve the issue (& not being compensated.) it was bad business! The service department is great! It always has been! I would highly recommend their service department if your car needs service. But never again will I buy another car nor recommend someone else buys another car, from Sheridan Nissan.
