I had a very bad experience with dealership owner Rob Sentner. He is a very angry and impatient man that has a very low regard for the quality of services which he offers. I was interested in a Jeep and went to look at it one Friday. The salesman Glenn was very helpful and kind. I made an offer on the vehicle and had a small list of repairs that I would like to be made before purchasing it (rear window wiper cleaner sprayed inside the vehicle, clean dog hair out of the back, removing stains from seats, etc). Almost a week went by without me hearing anything about my offer, despite me contacting them multiple times. Finally I got ahold of owner Rob Sentner and we discussed my offer and the repair/cleaning items. Rob was very short with me during our conversation and I hung up the phone wondering if I should even do business with him. I then thought of something I forgot to ask and called him back 20 minutes later. I asked my question and then asked him if he was mad at me for something. He replied that he was sorry if he came off that way that he was the only person there today. I thought "OK, thats understandable". We came to an agreement and I went down to pick the vehicle up one day after work with my wife and brother. This is where the real fun started. We walked into the dealership and saw the vehicle in the back, so we walked over to it. Rob came over and said "theres your Jeep". He told one of his workers to back it out of the garage and told us to come into the office to finalize things. I told him that we would like to look it over before I signed the papers. He said OK. We looked it over one last time and test drove it again. We were happy with it and were ready to finalize the deal, I just wanted to tie up a few loose ends from our phone conversation earlier in the week, as we had discussed. Despite his website advertising carfax reports, Rob says that the carfax reports are useless and he wouldnt show me one for the Jeep. He told me that he could show me that the vehicle wasnt crashed by using a paint thickness gauge. I responded that I would be OK with him showing me this in lieu of the report. When I brought it up at the dealership he because visually agitated and reluctantly grabbed the gauge while shaking his head at me. He rushed outside to the Jeep way ahead of me and proceeded to spout off paint thickness numbers while he ran around the Jeep without even letting me see what the gauge was reading. In our price negotiations, he told me that he would show me what he paid for the Jeep. When I asked for this information at the dealership he freaked out about showing me and berated me for asking. Despite this, he did show me what he paid for it. This whole time it seemed as if he was trying to get me to leave. If I didnt think the Jeep was a good deal, I would have been long gone. He told me that his shop performed $500 of repairs on the Jeep. I asked what repairs were made, so I know what my future maintenance will entail. He was very frustrated by this also and insulted me, the whole time acting like hes doing me a favor by selling me his vehicle. All the things I brought up at the dealership were items that were previously discussed during our phone call. I dont understand the sudden inconvenience. The last question I had for him before I was ready to sign the paper was if he had an extra tire for the Jeep (which he did). I am moving across the country in two weeks and the one tire on the Jeep is almost bald. After hearing this question he told us to "get out"! A simple no would have done, but instead he freaked out and said that he wouldnt sell me the Jeep if I begged him to. He had no sympathy for the fact that I had already received the loan cash and placed insurance on the vehicle. Bottom Line - Rob was very angry, impatient, and unprofessional with us. If I was you, I would surely take my business elsewhere.

They were crooks. I know, I know...buyer beware. They sold me a car with several serious problems. I purchased the warranty. Less than a month after the purchase, I brought it in to them. They refused to fix the problems without charging me a huge bill. They said that they knew of the problem prior to selling it but all they did was fix it so that it could pass inspection by the skin of its teeth. They lied about what was covered by the warranty, the gas mileage, previous owners, you name it. They even took out the lexus mats that went with the car when I came to pick it up and had replaced them with old stained mats. They played dumb when questioned. Dealing with them was one of the biggest mistakes of my life!

I bought a Ram from them 3 months ago, at the time they spoke of it like the truck was fine. But now 3 months after me getting it I finally got it all fixed up and actually be able to pass a inspection. BUT I had to pay more then it was worth to do so. They claim they did not know it had the problems it did from this trade in that they did. But it did I dont see how they would not know it had those problems when they are basically trading this truck for one of theres.
