I came in on Sunday 8/7/16 & This is the worst dealership I have EVER been too !! I was working with a sales rep by the name of Josh. To start everything off I drove over 40 miles to the dealership just so josh can call me 5 minutes before I got there to tell me that the car wasnt there. I agreed to wait the hour or 2 that he had stated for the vehicle to become available. Car took over 3 hours to get there ! On top of all of this happening, when it came time to appraise my car HONDA SALES MANAGER let me know that he cannot appraise my car correctly because Used car manager was not there. All this after waiting 4 hours, but it gets better. He decides to appraise the car & goes back & puts it in the system but then comes back & tell me that he cannot put a number & it is not worth anything because of an open airbag recall !!! I traded in my Honda with an Airbag recall last year at the same dealership. This place is a joke & a disgrace to the Honda/Acura name. I will NEVER come here ever again !! This place is a joke !

All employees at Price Acura were very friendly, polite and competent. I had a somewhat unique situation and everyone involved, from the Service Department to Sales, did their best to make a bad situation good - not something I can say I experience these days. Bret did all the work & coordinating while keeping me informed every step of the way, Matt kept things moving while taking care of my worries and questions, and Jim also explained everything in detail while wrapping things up and getting me out of there very quickly like I needed. It was a very smooth, quick and often-humorous process thanks to everyone. Even though they were not greatly profiting from me, I was still catered to like they were. It was a very pleasant experience and I just love my new car!

I may be a bit biased in my review. I have been working in the sales department here at Price Acura / Price Honda for 12 years now. I can say that this is a truly unique experience for the salesman, as well as the customer. Completely transparent pricing structure, and a willingness to make sure our customers are as happy as possible. Obviously, we wont please everyone. But, we try really hard. After all, happy customers telling their friends is the best form of advertising you can get. To the many customers I have been able to help over the years, my sincerest thanks. It always brings a smile to my face when someone comes back to see me.

For years I’ve been purchasing my vehicles from Price Acura and there a numerous reasons why I always come back to Price Acura. The Sales and Service team always treats me like family and with respect. They are attentive to my needs and responsive in getting me results. From the knowledgeable Sales staff that help when looking to purchase a new Acura to the friendly greetings and special attention I get when having my Acura serviced. Ive owned other vehicles like Mercedes and BMW’s, but the car buying and service experience I received from those dealership falls far short of the New Car experience I always receive at Price Acura.

My service experience at Price Acura was excellent! I had the A14 (Timing Belt...) service performed on a 2012 TL. The price was competitive (I shopped around (MD, NJ, DE)). There are no issues with my car (I drove the car over 2500 miles before posting this review, just in case something went wrong). The staff is VERY friendly! They treated me as if I purchased my car at their dealership (loner car, free snacks, car wash...). They even said that they would have picked up the car (for service), if I lived closer (1hr, 40min drive). Also, no sales tax in DE. Well worth the trip to DE.

Josh Nairn helped us with our used car purchase at Price Honda/Acura and it was a great experience. Josh was very patient as we wanted to compare several cars on the lot. He was available for questions but he also allowed us alone time for private discussion. There was no pressure from Josh or from anyone at Price Honda/Acura. Im a researcher/haggler by nature. However, the pricing for our car and for our trade as very fair. So fair that haggling was not necessary. And there were absolutely no surprise fees. I would definitely recommend doing business with Price Honda/Acura and Josh Nairm.

Jason (Duckie, only the cool kids will understand this reference when you meet him.) Blensowski gives 5 star service at a 4 star rate. Subzero temps today and he making sure my new (to me) vehicle is spotless. I got the deal I wanted but blown away with every aspect of service here. From our detailer, financing and wait time. Buying a cat takes a few hours that feels as if takes days. Here I know whats happening, the next step and a clear timeframe. Highly recommended. Ask for Jason you will not be disappointed.

This is the 4th car that I have purchased from Price. Each sales associate has been phenominal and this last experience didnt disappoint. Jason sold us our 2016 MDX and was very thorough in explaining and demonstrating all the features. What could have been very overwhelming, it took time to make sure I understood how each function and the benefits of the safety features and offered to provide support even after the sale was complete. I highly recommend Price and specifically Jason.

Colleen Consalo provided the best customer service I have experienced in all the years of having my vehicles serviced at any dealer. I moved from Virginia where my vehicles were maintained by the local Acura dealer and the service was outstanding. This experience was superior. I just have to say that our transaction with Roger was one of the best we have ever had in buying a new vehicle. Throughout the whole process he kept us very informed and he always made sure we understood all the figures. I was also impressed with Roger because he stopped in at work on his day off to make sure all the paperwork was complete and accurate so the deal could be done in a timely fashion.
