I purchased my 2011 BMW X5 on December 22, 2015… 2 months later I’m finally getting around to writing a review because Arun Khurana of NextCar deserves some serious kudos. First, the description of the vehicle was complete and accurate. The few questions that I had about the vehicle’s previous experience were quickly and fully answered by Arun via email and text. Next, the purchase was smoooooooth and processed exactly as defined ahead of time. The vehicle was beautiful and freshly cleaned when we arrived for pickup and, in the 1,400 mile drive home and beyond, has made us happy every time we get into it. Finally, when the state couldn’t believe we got such an awesome deal on our vehicle (and we couldn’t find our documents after our drive), Arun was AMAZING in his response time. In short, Arun’s there before, during, and after his sales. Good cars, good people. What a deal!

This is how all car buying experiences should be! Arun is in a class all by himself because he is honest, humble and super appreciative of his customers. Hes not in the business to make a killing and is upfront with his customers. I highly recommend NextCar for your used car purchases. Another thing I really liked about dealing with Arun is that he was able to make it a quick transaction. I didnt have to wait in his dealership all day for him to go back and fourth, doing who knows what, to give me my final price; all the negotiating was done while we were on the test drive. Go check out NextCar! If he doesnt have what youre looking for, Im sure he will do whatever it takes to find it. If we had more people running dealerships like Arun, car buying wouldnt be such a chore.
