I was a customer for over three years. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Yes they will get you in a car, but you will pay atleast 400 a month. Yes you will get a warranty which sounds great at the time. When you are outside of your warranty the work is crap. The service department is the major issue with this place. I have taken my car to the shop three times for the exact same thing within two months each time on my way home check engine light came on and car over heated. And it took them over two weeks to get my car in and then both times had the car for nine days. My appointment was on a Tuesday and they didnt touch it until Friday, didnt hear from them until the following Monday and my car wasnt done until the following thursday. The first time I gave them the benefit of the doubt and let them work on it again for the second time . They would not tell me what the difference in what they did in the times they just said they were new repairs. Guess what car over heated again and check engine light came on three weeks after picking it up and I took the car to different shop. They didnt connect my vacuum hoses to my coolant system and my thermostat housing was not tightened down and was leaking coolant and I took it to them with over heating issues three separate times and they always said it was the thermostat which ended up being the water pump. And was never even the thermostat. But bet your ass they charged me over 1500 in the three times I was there. I DO NOT recommend.

Great people very friendly and helpful...however the following day after buying my 2011 ford fusion my check engine light turned on I was told it was something to do with the gas cap, no big deal the next issue arose when I had made a fairly lengthy drive and almost made it home and realized that something didnt smell right I got home popped the hood and smoke came rolling out from underneath. I took it up to the service area the next morning and was told it was next in line to be put up on the lift I had received no calls about the update of the issue so I decided to wait until the following day. I call up there to check and she tells me that he had ran somewhere and that it had still not been on the lift. At this point Im just worried that I bought a car that going to leave me stranded and it was my everyday driver and now Im missing work because of it...all of this happened before I even made my 3rd biweekly payment

this place is a joke! its has been nothing but a hassle... when we had a claim though their insurance they offer it took over a month to get the car taken care of. this last december we opted out of their insurance and they continued to charge us for it even after multiple times sending proof of our own insurance policy that had actually started december 4 and was still charged several times and only until this last payment did they do anything on their part. very unorganized and the only few people with any sort of respect or mannerism in the whole place. Thank you Tony, Amber, and Marie for being them people! anyone else we have dealt with have been rude, and no help what so ever. customer service could use a lot of help. once they tie you into your binding contract they think they can just put you off. we will be refinancing as soon as we can. one can only put up with so much before they are tired....

I always have a great time and experience when I visit them. The service department and its technicians are top notch and know what they are doing. I would recommend them to anyone whos got a vehicle with them to be nice to them and they will make sure you are pleased with their work. Oh and they always remember your name and youre always greeted at the door when you walk in.

They were great! They did everything they could to get me in a car. Working with some of their employees was good however, they seemed unsure of the process themselves and at some points pretty nervous. I was at the dealership for 5 hours. Wasnt given many vehicle choices.

Absolutely wonderful!! Virginia explained everything very thoroughly and was there every step of the way. Clint was also extremely helpful and made car buying pretty painless. The customer service at the Wood River location is simply amazing!!!
