I never visited the dealership alone this year was the first time i came in contact with this location. In February i had a recall on my car so went into the service department with the mindset of whatever the recall is thats all i want done. Customer service in the service department was great no problem there. I decided to stop inside and learn about what i needed to possibly trade my vehicle. first time dealing with sales it was ok i felt like my hopes were set high after i spoke with Rep. when i returned yesterday i went through the website to set an appointment they claimed that ill have "VIP"service when I arrive. Which should mean since i set an appointment my time should be valued. well before i actually showed for the appointment i was getting text messages from lamount stating i would be meeting with him. I went on to let him know through text messages i didnt want to waste his time i let him know what i wanted to do or what i was looking for and he insisted i come in. Due to work my personal time i take seriously because i work every single day and free time is limited. So to not let lamount down i made sure i arrived 10mins early when i walked in i was greeted by a sales rep he gave me the impression like he wanted to help but wasnt sure about why i was there. I informed him that lamount wanted me to ask for him instead of telling me lamount left for the day this guy seated me at his desk made me wait for 20mins 15 alone 5mins arguing with me about my annual income. At this point im completely disgusted by this mans customer service for him to argue with me about my annual income in which i work with income everyday i can figure it out no problem. However, after getting my information (whatever he thought was fitting to him about me he put in the computer) . he then walked away i stayed there waiting wondering still where is lamount? ?! Watched several sales men walk by watched a couple walk in and service was swift for them. Noticed another gentleman was there dealing with the same treatment his rep just walked away left him there waiting. So after while i got on the phone with my husband. After what seemed to be forever the rep came out from the back and stopped to chat with his friend so i was finishing up my convo with my husband. When the rep came back to me his actions were still blunt he didnt have the attitude to want to help. He sat down and just staired at me so i asked. Was lamount there? He shook his head with a smirk and said no. I then asked who will i be meeting with he said "me". Great i have VIP service with a guy i dont even know his name and im completely upset at this point who makes an appointment with someone then leave???? I rushed after work to make sure i was there on time to be told after waiting 20mins the guy i came to see was not there???!. Then after the rep informed me my guy wasnt there he actually had the nerve to get mad at me for talking with my husband on the phone. After watching him avoid me for 20mins ok sure ill hang up . no one looked at my car no one apologized for the lack of customer service and lack of communication. It was clear my visit was not welcomed so I got up and left. No more wasting my time with sales department if you value personal time dont waste it with the sales department. The only thing i enjoy at this location was the car service department. They have the best customer service in service department thats it..

5/23/16 11:50a.m. Horrible experience. Short version: Bought a 2009 F150xlt super crew. The salesman Nathan Wilson asked what would it take for you to buy this truck today I said navigation and cameras. He showed me some trucks and what it would look like in my truck. Said they could definitely do that for me ok. Bought the truck. Dropped it off at Paul Cerame to get the work done, When I got it back no in dash like the salesman showed me but a cheaper in mirror craps that u can barely see. I was not happy.they add an extra 3 grand for new tires and navigation backup. combination. I feel Im being taken. The used car manager Ken Stark who handed me my keys and said its ready said the salesman didnt tell you there was no way we could put a navigation system in there for you like that.NO HE DID NOT. So this is a week and a half since I signed for this truck. The sales manager says that it would cost more to remove it. Would you try it and in the meantime Ill come up with something to make you happy cuz we want you to be happy with you truck. 2 days later I show up not wanting this cheap system Sales Manager Ken makes me an offer!!!! $300 cash or $350 in service like remote start. What??? Ive already signed the papers and they wont take it off I opted for the remote start. Heres the very short version after 3 weeks of back and for of me just wanting updates and call backs on why is it taking a one day job 3 weeks. Lost keys, you need to come show us proof ownership to order a part to make your remote start work. But I didnt tell you 4 days ago when I told your salesman to tell you. Sales Manager says salesman must have forgotten for 3 days. Promise detailed when car was done for inconvenience.??? Got car back dirty, but the filled it up. ( it was already almost full) after 3 weeks got my truck back and I can no longer start my truck with the key. So far... Sales/Pricing(dishonest), Service(????). Would I send anyone I care about to Paul Cerame. I dont know, but my experience has been so bad I feel disrespected. We keep you up-to-date. P.S. I did call the Ford Customer service and the they said they would send this info to some managers up there, but the guy at Ford end by saying just dont go there. I know other Managers know and have not stepped in to make this right. Looking forward to your response Paul Cerame Ford and Facebook Family...

I purchased my car a month ago but I had to take it in for service 3 days later which was fine because my sales guy assured me that I would be in good hands. Well two hours later my car was finally done but I was still waiting on a service guy to come get me and explain what was done just like they did for the previous customers waiting. Nope my car sat for an additional 10 mins and I had to go back to service to get my own car. These guys are a piece of work especially the big one who was rude and very condescending. He told me "you need to talk to your sales rep why you dont have your spare key". Wow! I explained my rep gave you guys the key to service the vehicle. I called the service manager and told him of my first experience and he seemed unbothered he said he would look into it and call me within the hour. I didnt get a call until late afternoon in regards to my service and my spare key. Second experience, I made an appt a week in advance to check my brakes because its squeaking after being serviced the first time. Dropped my car off the night before. The day of service I havent heard anything from the service dept and its now 4:15p. So I called and was told they havent pulled it in for service. Im upset at this point. This is my means of transportation and this guy dont care. I ask for the Manager and its this Shawn guy again. No real solution once again to my situation and or experience. First thing the next day I was to get a call from Shawn about my vehicle and its now 11:31a and no call. I work in an industry where my car is seen on a consistent basis it is a sitting advertisement for Paul Cereme Ford at which I have referred 3 when I first purchased my car and was happy to do it because I love my car. I get people who ask all the time about where I got my car from and after that first experience I was kinda iffy to refer but Im definitely not referring now. They need to clean up the service dept and if that means people have to go to bring in quality customer friendly workers then so be it. My sales guy was cool but if I had known that these experiences came along I wouldnt have never have purchased from this establishment.
