Bought a phone charger here yesterday, the item came broken in the box. Im an uber driver by proffesion and didnt realize the charger didnt work until I was clear on the other side of town. Tried to return it today but they said they can only exchange it for another charger. I already know how that movie ends though, the charger doesnt work which is why Im trying to get my money back. I guess stealing customers money in exchange for broken goods is the policy at store #06110

Employees are not the friendliest, store wasnt the cleanest or most organized. Called for hours with no answer. And then the answering machine says the other customers are more important than me, to call later, and hangs up on me. I wont be back. Ill drive out of my way to go to a different store.

They evidently have a policy against giving empty cardboard boxes to movers. And they must be in a neighborhood so dangerous that they need a cop car in the back of the parking lot. In short, these rude, unhelpful people are more oriented toward shoplifters than legitimate shoppers.
