Had a horrible experience. ROne employee harassed my partner and I on 4 separate occasions, in 4 different locations all in the less than 15 minutes we were in walmart for no reason other than we chose to go into the garden center door even though he let us know it would be closing in 5 minutes (@8pm on a Friday night) and if we went in that door, we would have to leave out a different door and it would be a long walk. We went to stroll by the plants just because we like to look at plants and he then told us the garden center was closing even though he hadnt mentioned that during the first conversation wed had at the door. He asked us to leave which we did. The third time he rudely interjected himself into a conversation between my partner and I in the office section. And the fourth time was at the front door as we left he said "Oh, look. Its my favorite customers" and after we passed him, he and sidekick saw that wed purchased champagne and asked to see our receipt which we did with no problem but then he went into a bizarre tirade about the crack heads from the park nearby that comb the parking lot for discarded receipts so they can then convince customer service to give them alcohol because they have a receipt from sometime in the past that says they purchased it....which makes absolutely no sense the only thing the receipt would be good for is returning alcohol not being given it. The interactions were absolutely uncalled for. He had a sidekick. Anthony and Launa. We will never go to this walmart again. Bullying customers is not okay.

I would give their automotive department a negative rating if I could. I went in there to get two tires rimmed and mounted, when I asked originally I was quoted 30-45 minutes for both tires. I accepted this time quote based on the fact that I have PERSONALLY done that job and know about how long it should have taken. At about 40 minutes I noticed both of my tires were still off of my car so I asked how much longer it was going to take and all they said was its almost done. Another 15 minutes passed so I asked again and got the same response. Another 10 minutes passed so I went up and just stood (for about another 10 minutes) at the register obviously infuriated and watched as they took their sweet time walking around for no apparent reason and finally finishing my car. After over an hour for a job that should have taken half the time (if they procrastinated) I was finally given my keys back. I was literally the first person in the shop that day and saw atleast four cars come in and go out before they finally found it necessary to finish my car. Absolutely god awful customer service.

One stop shopping for most things. I shop there about 2 times a week. (Im on the bus system) I happen to like some of the new changes theyve made at this store. It looks like they will be carrying a better selection of fruits and vegetables. I DONT care for the very small pricing/item stickers for the center coolers storing butters etc.... Maybe its something theyve not gotten around to yet. As far as the employees go, eh. Its a hit and miss thing. Luckely Ive gone there enough recently to know which clerk/clerks to get in line for. ( even if it is long ). Your going to wait anyway, may as well wait for personality. I have been in worse, and Ive been in better. I am hoping that these new store changes bring a newer rejuvination to some of the lesser friendly employees and they start to take pride in that fact ans the fact that they ARE able to work to should be appreciative of all customers. On the other hand, customers ALSO need to show some courtesy and politeness themselves.

My wife went into the walmart on Bleachery Roaad as she does at least once a week for I no Idea how long. We had already had a bad because I spent all day starting chemo.. She only needed a few small items for me to change in my diets She was paying by check as she has every week for years and had to go to a cashier after suspending the sale after at the self checkout. The cashier told her the check writer would not fill out the check so she wrote everything on check. The cashier then told her the machine would not read the check. My wife asked to see a manager who with no courtesy tried the same machine and said the machine would not read the check and did not read it on another machine. My wife then asked why it could not read a check it had been reading for years to the tune of $100.00 to $200.00 a week or more on some weeks. The manager then told her there was something wrong with my bank. Needless to say Walmart has lost a good customer

This USED to be our go to Walmart, until tonight. The customer service associate was rude and so was one of the customer service managers that worked tonight . We called ahead of time to find out about sending money Walmart to Walmart before wasting our gas going to Walmart. According to the two associates the signs are incorrect (for days and hours of said money service)which is confusing to your customers. We were refused this money service during their stated business hours at this location and had to go to another Walmart(which had no problem sending the money) and waste more gas. Associates dont know whats going on in their own store when talking to customers in store or over the phone. A horrible experience. I will never shop at Bleachery Blvd with your rude associates ever again. The only reason I gave ONE STAR was because I had to.

The layout makes no sense. There are countless shopping carts full of returned merchandise all over the front of the store. The trash cans smell terrible. There is obvious trash all over the floor, which I have seen multiple associates just pass. There are bags of empty hangers hanging on the outside of every register, which looks very untidy. As far as the bathroom, the urinals and toilets have not been cleaned in who knows when and smell, the trash can is overflowing, the door to refill paper towel dispenser is standing wide open, and there is trash all over the floor. Every store associate seems to not care about any of this; I am certain that this comes from the management team. This store is very unprofessional and messy, and I would not recommend that anyone shop here.

Didnt shop here because I cant force myself to go into an actual Walmart but I shopped online and it was awful. Confusing at the ordering stage and when I talked to the online chat representative to cancel my order they said it was all taken care of, however, upon checking my account they shorted my refund over $16. After spending another 20 mins trying to get refunded the correct amount they found out that he had canceled 5 of my 6 items and that the 6th had already been shipped. After much debate they refunded the cost of my item as well as tax and shipping. Thanks for wasting my time Walmart I think I will shop local from now on.
