I am not a fan of big lots. It is old and dusty. There is normally only checkout open and Everytime without fail when I checkout there are like 20 people in line and someone has a difficult order. The parking at the shopping center is terrible its very hard to get a spot and hard getting out. The only plus is it is less expensive than CVS and will do in a pinch if you need tampons, toilet paper, pain killer, ECT. I would not eat the snacks or drink the drinks they all seem really old.

Agustin Casanova on of your workers at the Hillsborough store has tried to slander my business with false accusations. Told me he is the main manager of the store and I cant do anything about it. Has also told me that non of my family could shop there anymore. Please I dont want to take legal action with an attorney. Please fix the problem. I have screen shots of all conversations.

Customer service was so bad at this Big Lots a year-and-a-half ago that I didnt show up back here for over a year. This last time when I went however, the people were nice and friendly and greeted me when I came in and took care of me when I was ready to check out. Found some good deals on a few items, so Ill be back.

I like Big Lots because their prices are very competitive. They have wonderful seasonal decorations for the holidays and a large outdoor furnishings section with everything from solar lights for your yard to garden decor, planters, patio furniture, umbrellas, gazebos and above ground pools.

Disappointed with the service, dont you dare to call them and be transferred, you may die waiting, also the answers are most of the time inaccurate, they will tell you they dont have the items in stock and the same day you go there and another person will find 3 in the back storage.

The prices are incredibly low for the same product that you will find in a major store and the same trucks that delivers to them delivers to the big names markets I spoke to the manager and he explained. I recommend this big savings.Parking is big for everyone.

went to buy a couch. the couch we wanted was was ripped when the manager went to the back. so he decided to take off $300 off. the damage was easy to hide with an end table so it turned out to be a great deal
