Very good customer service. Staff members are Knowledgeable and professional. They know exactly what I need. Big inventory and I always find the Cigars Im looking for. Store hours were listed as 10am - 6pm. Got to store at 2:30 in the afternoon to a sign saying back in 5 minutes. Waited 20+ minutes and no one ever came back. Lost my business.
