This shop is, by far, the friendliest and most helpful shop I have yet to visit. I have purchased e-cigarettes and e-liquids from them for over a year now, and despite several problems (mostly of my own doing!), they have never once hesitated to help me out, from instructions to replacements of defective items (very few, mind you!). They have excellent brands, excellent suggestions and awesome, friendly service. I went from smoking regular cigarettes to now only e-cigarettes in a matter of weeks. If you have a question, they have the answer. Ill continue to purchase from them without hesitation...highly recommended!

Always closes early. Just walked in the rain to get cigarettes, got there 15 til 8pm and it was pad locked!!?? Not the first time this has happened either. Extremely rude if you dont look like youre made of money. Used to be well priced but I hear the prices are now going up. Will DEFINITELY find a new place to get cigarettes. I gave a 2 rating because the lady that works sometimes is very polite and respectful. If wasnt for her, would give them a 1 rating because of the attitude the normal guy has EVERYTIME!

This lady is quite rude. If they lose all of their business and their stupid little shop. I wouldnt care. They sell tobacco grown in the Ukraine (Thats Chernobyl..Look it up) for far more than their regular tobacco, as if it were a better quality. When I brought this up to them after making a purchase, she said to me, "That"s too bad for you". I love the internet... Dont shop there. Go to racetrack or even the little beer store on the corner of Spring Creek and alma has bulk tobacco for far cheaper.

I tried calling at 7:50 to make sure they were still open, but there was no response. I arrived at 7:54, but the door was already locked and the owner was there and just waved me off, signaling that he had already closed. You should not claim that you are open until 8 oclock and close before scheduled time and wave off your customers rudely.

Just for info... *** STORE HOURS*** They are open from 9-8 Monday - Saturday and 10-6 on Sunday. Its a great place to buy what you need and theyre never out of what I want, except around the holidays. The selection is also nice. The prices are VERY reasonable. And the service is pretty good. Theyve even offered to order what I need.
