Absolutely horrible service. One of the things that anyone who owns a tobacco shop should do is encourage the enjoyment of the process. My son just went to this store and purchase a Meerschaum pipe. Anyone knows that these pipes are delicate and should be boxed for transport. The owner put the pipe in a bag and you guessed it. It didnt transport well. When asked to make good as he should know better especially when handing something like this to a newcomer -- his response was essentially, "Sucks to be you." Lousy service, lousy experience for a novice smoker and you should steer clear of this establishment.

Im not a big cigar afficianado, but I enjoy having a cup of coffee (from Addison coffee roasters) and a cigar when I want to relax or talk with friends. I cant speak to the selection of cigars, but they sure do have A LOT! So Im sure theyll have something for everyone. If theres one thing I think they can improve on, is that they only have non dairy creamer that I can tell. Having milk somewhere in a fridge will be a plus.

Ive been going to Sir Elliots Tobacco for about 20 years now. Used to frequent this place weekly in the 90s and they had great service and selection along with great prices. Over the past 10 years it has just been occasionally to stop in and get a special stick that I didnt have in my humidor. They have always been friendly and knowledgeable.

This is a great cigar shop - wonderful selection and good prices (I go on Thursdays for the 10% off). One of the few places you can enjoy a cigars in air conditioning any more. The have a vent system so it doesnt get too smoky. Flatscreen TV up front and plenty of places to sit.
