Honestly I cannot speak highly enough about the few experiences I have had here. Everyone I have dealt with has been very friendly, and genuinely happy to help. Whether it is taking those first few steps to quitting smoking, to teaching me how to make a coil for my first rebuildable atomizer, they have made the process more fun and much less daunting than I thought it would be. Today, I stopped in to get a drip atomizer for testing some e-juice samples I was ordering from the internet (i.e. not from them). The manager sat down with me, and using her own personal supplies, not only taught me how to build my own coils, but made me my first one. While I was there I witnessed a few customers come in, and I saw how the managers face lit up when one woman shared her success thus far in quitting smoking. All too often in stores Ive run into behind-the-counter zombies (and Ive been one - believe me!). This was definitely not the case as the manager shared her excitement with the woman. If you are thinking about quitting and are curious about trying vaping/e-cigarettes, I strongly encourage stopping in to this store. They will set you up with a super cheap and decent kit to get you started with everything you need. Really - it has to be priced at cost or something because you cant even get a kit like this online for this cheap. They have certainly earned my business!

Had the worst experience here. The first time I went it was alright, the second time I went in to buy a sub Tank, battery and charger and juice. The guy showing me the sub tanks had no interest. He would talk a little and then go off and talk to either another co worker or friend. I proceeded anyway, he took my sub tank and put it behind the counter. And I checked out and said "uhm can I have my box back?" And hes like ohh yeah. And laughed. Then forgets to grab my juice. So, the next day I put the tank on and it leaked from the bottom. So I tightened it and the stem snapped. I called back. And he proceeded to tell me why it snapped. And that he couldnt help me. Shouldnt you have told me the proper way to put it on if thats a "common problem"? Never going back there. Anywhere but there. Ive never written a review before. Never felt the need. But thanks to this unpleasant experience I felt the need to.

By far my favorite shop in the FM area. A few of my friends happen to be staff. But thats not why im rating them five stars. The five star review comes from all the great experiences Ive had there. I enjoy just hanging out there. Great atmosphere. They have a lounge area with an xbox if thats your thing. They also have a couch to relax on in the front along with a build table. The build table is a huge plus for me. After im done browsing there wide selection of drippers, tanks, mods, juice, etc. Its nice to sit down and check out my new purchase. They are the ones to go to if youre brand new to vaping or a cloud chaser who dreams of massive room filling clouds. They are knowledgeable and can help you as you advance your vaping experience. The only downfall isnt even their fault. Its Fargo and the fact you cant vape in the shop. But the experience youll have there makes up for that!!!

Awesome vape shop overall, but heavily steep on pricing (both for juice and coils). Has a rewards program but in my 3 juice purchases and 3 coil purchases I have yet to hit a reward threshold for even something as simple as a small bottle of juice. You can tell the owner is trying to squeeze a niche market for those of us who use vaping as a safer alternative to smoking. If youve got the extra cash its a good experience but Ill be taking my business elsewhere as a result of the steep pricing Ive encountered (About $25 per visit on a single Kanger OCC coil and 30ml juice.)

Id give it 5 stars, but the harassment of ND govt (especially cass county) doesnt allow for sampling inside. Clean, comfortable place, and good flavors for someone who likes Foo Foo stuff as well as regular tobacco users. Their hardware is super expensive: example is tips starting at $10! I cant make this up. Thanks to Cass County and ND govt, you have to leave your i.d. and go sample outside. They dont shove "sub ohm" down your throat, and arent pushy at all.

Really friendly staff, very knowledgeable. Even vaped with me after my purchase to make sure I was satisfied. Tons of selection too. Really amazed about the care they take too with the rubber tips for sanitary sampling when making selections. Ive read some other bad reviews here and seems to me that some people dont understand or appreciate quality service. Or why they blame local laws on the business. To each their own I suppose.

I have visited other vape supply stores in the past, and when I came to knowledge of what they were selling, Kevin, Neil, Alex, and I believe her name was Missy, were all helpful and never tried to sell me something that I did not NEED! Also, the quality of the products and the consistency of the Eliquids have always been on point. Keep it up, I will DEFINATLY be a return customer.

The salesmen in the store on February the 14th at 2:50 was extremely rude, I understand the law about having your ID but instead of saying sorry I cant let you in he heavily judged me saying things like "dude how could you ever go around without your ID whats wrong with you?" So I will never be going back and hope no one ever does.
