Went in to buy a birthday gift, ended up purchasing a sweater in size small. The person I purchased it for is a size Medium, tried to exchange the sweater that has never been warn, still has tag, and receipt but answer was all sales are final. No where near or by the clothing was a sign "all sales are final" I was not trying to return for money back, I only wanted to exchange for different size. I am extremely disappointed in there Policy. I am NOT a satisfied customer, and will not be returning to this store.

Well, this was not a dull experience by far. The only issue we had was with the rain and wind. So, the Generator blew up outside 3 times and put the lights out on the entire Street. The associate there was able to check us out with our tobacco products without his cash register running. Anyway, Gas Pipe has great customer service we had an experience there we will never forget

Went in looking for jewelry for a piercing. Specifically asked for a lebre . The guy sells me a dermal! I have No use for it! He refused to swap it out for the correct item even though I had not touched it ( he opened it and dropped it on the floor) the manager had no authority to do anything! Worst customer service EVER! And I have a dermal for sale if anyone wants it )

You get free stuff on your birthday!?!?!?!!! I didnt know that! Just another reason to love this place... and now, I cant wait til January to get me a lil something. I came in to the Gas Pipe for the first time maybe 6 months ago, and Ive never gone anywhere else since. I love this place! Seems like theyre ALWAYS giving stuff away.

The staff here are absolutely wonderful and so helpful. Well this is a novelty store where you might expect the staff to be nonchalant and not caring the staff is incredibly knowledgeable and absolutely cares about giving the best customer service one could expect at any retail store. I highly recommend this staff and location.
