The phone customer service is terrible. Either the phone rings forever, they hang up on you, transfer and disconnect, pick up the call and immediately put you on hold or transfer you to their broom closet. In the store customer service is not much better. They ignore you when you look like you need help, take off in another direction, or you just cannot find anyone to help you. I have found many of the employees are just rude. Now, I cannot leave this as a total negative, so I want to send my sincerest appreciation to the few employees that are so helpful, kind, and keep me coming back!

It always feels short-staffed and shortstocked in there. Always lines at checkouts, always messy in the aisles, always at least one of the few employees they have standing around actively ignoring customers. Of course, it doesnt help that (from what I understand) the scheduling practices at this location are not employee-friendly. "Clopening" is common and schedules are posted the day before your work week starts. Wont be able to keep good people that way. All in all, avoid if possible.

This particular Target needs retrained on stocking 101. Items scattered everywhere, no prices indicated, the cosmetic area was completely decimated.... are they even trying?? It was a great store a few years ago when we moved into the area, but not lately. The one positive was that the cashier was very friendly. It seems the Targets in central Ohio are collectively going downhill.

This Target is only three or four years old, so everything is new and fairly clean. It has a good size grocery section with fresh meat, vegetables and other produce. It also has a frozen section and a small offering of alcoholic beverages. Everything else is what you would typically find at a Target store. Customer service is hit or miss, depending on how busy the place is.

You never know what you can find in the bargain bins up front. Also, the clearance items are tucked away on the endcaps, and they are always changing. The music throughout the store seemed to die within a few months of this location opening, which is a bummer, but the store is clean and well stocked.

Great store, always clean and prices are reasonable, it sucks though that they always seem to only have 2-3 registers open, despite there being about 20 available. I definitely suggest that they put in some self check-outs like all the other department stores are doing.

For being busy all the time, the store is surprisingly clean and the employees are always available, helpful, and friendly. But because its always busy, stock is sometimes low for more popular items. I suggest going during the earlier hours to beat the rush.

My wife loves Target, I find it OK. They do have some neat things and sometimes you can find some deals. Some of their stuff is overpriced though, but you get that with any store. This Target is always clean and the people appear friendly.
