What a mess! Employees and store combined! Had to teach the STORE MANAGER a few things on how they sell their mens suits. How do you call yourself a manager when you dont even know FACTS on how your suit sets are sold? ANDREA, the store manager tried to tell me that a mens 42 reg jacket goes with a size 42 pant? WTF? She had no clue, and because of this lost out on a $200 sale. WOW! Maybe just maybe we should try "SUIT SET" selling training 101 before you lose too many more customers to poor customer service and poor employee knowledge. What a disgrace to the store. I was completely outraged after spending 2 hours in the store trying to find a suit that fit best. Time Ill never get back!!! I found a Chaps suit ON THE HANGER IN A SET, with a 42 reg jacket and 34W pants. Not my fault the wrong pants were placed in the wrong set. I had no comprehension that I was trying on the 34W pant. THEY FIT! So I planned to spend money and buy them. I went to the counter to pay for my suit and I left with nothing! I hope she left her shift with some added knowledge on how THEY sell their suits. Hopefully no other man looking for a suit in this store will have to go through what I did! :(

En general buenas ofertas y liquidaciones, puedes encontrar trajes, camisas a muy buen precio y diferente variedad de marcas. Es muy buen lugar para conseguir maletas económicas, cuando tus compras han excedido tu capacidad de equipaje! Suele estar un poco desordenado en algunos departamentos.

Very poorly organized store, I knew it was December but everything on the shelves, especially near the checkout is a complete mess. You cant make heads or tails on where to find anything. I spent 15 minutes trying to find the right size boxers. The staff seemed to be working hard, maybe not enough employees, I can understand their rudeness. The store is not like I remember from my earlier days shopping at this location, some ten years ago.

Well I go there like every month I love BCF its the best and cheapest place I have ever seen and when people go wast there money on malls when BCF as everything the mall has. I bought my Christmas clothes from here and I also bought Easter clothes its the best place to shop and the employees work there they are the best and they are very nice. I love this place and I will always love it.

I went in today to find a spring coat - WHAT? Everything was straightened out in the isles, only coats were in the middle - About 4 long racks! Thats it. And the racks were sparse. I asked what happened to the Coats, was told they are phasing them out - Hey, news flash, the name of the store is Burlington Coat Factory. How can you have everything EXCEPT coats??? Go figure.

They lost my kids layaway the manager called herself giving me some type of discount. To me it was nothing for the inconvenience and all the money that I spent. I should have gotten half off on the little items that were left over. So hopefully once the remodeling is done the end of the summer of 2017 they will be a lot more organized and a lot more efficient

why every time i check out? it takes forever this time i waited in line 25 minutes to purchase 3 items are you kidding me poor management very slow service or maybe their cashier system is slow you will never find a worker in a isle and the store is a mess i use to like it before but now its just terrible :(

Great place to get name brands at a great price and the quality is good I dont like that I have to look for everything but they also need to work on their shoe game they have depreciated what they used to do in the shoe department Sol shoes are everywhere not in boxes its a limited amount

This particular BCF has a pretty nice selection of merch, and its the only BCF in Michigan with a fine jewelry department - and everything is 50% off! Sometimes its hard to find employees when you need them, but its a pretty good store for a BCF.

This store is a MESS!! The aisles are impossible to get through. The product on the shelves is disorganzied, and on the floor. It is the messiet, most disorganized, Burlington, I have ever been in. Turned around and left .
