The salesman LIED right to our faces! My husband and I went in to take advantage of the cut your bill in half deal Sprint had. The salesman looked up our Verizon account and got us the same plan we had through Verizon, but half the price. After leasing our phones and purchasing insurance the salesman informed us our bill would be around $111 (not half but still cheaper than our Verizon bill). So we switched to Sprint! Fast forward two months and we get our Sprint Bill $146, which happens to be $1 MORE than our Verizon bill was!! Immediately, my husband called Sprint customer service! Long story short, customer service informed us that after leasing our phones and insurance our bill went up. So when the salesman told us it would be $111 he lied! Not only did this happen to us but it the SAME THING happened to a friend of mine at the Sprint store in Grove City! On top of this, the Samsung Galaxy S5 Sport my husband purchased is useless!! After 2 weeks of owning it the battery does not last more than 4 hours. We are not on our phones all day, it dies after sitting on a desk DOING NOTHING!! We took the phone back to Sprint (before we got our outrages bill) and the same guy that lied to us the first time said that this is normal and he wished his phone lasted that long. So our issue was not resolved. And guess what, the SAME phone just lost all the pictures on it!! Poof, gone!! I am pretty sure that is not normal, Mr. lying salesman!! Oh... and if you plan on traveling out of central Ohio do not depend on Sprint coverage to make a phone call or use navigation with. You will lose service and be lost in the sticks!! My husband and I will not be returning to Sprint and we will be recommending all our friends and family to Verizon!! Sprint offers poor customers service, limited coverage, and cost more than Verizon!!

I visited the Sprint store on Hilliard Rome road around noon on Saturday 12/13/14. After waiting a quick 5 minutes (in a packed store) I was helped by Nick Huels. He was fabulous and NEVER gave up on me. I had been told by APPLE my IPhone was toast. Nick plugged it into his computer and said I am not sure why they told you this, but your phone is hooking up just fine to my computer!! I can not tell you how RELIEVED I was as I had been using and old FLIP phone in its place for almost a week (until I could visit the sprint store). Anyways, I had also tried to activate a different phone for my husband and something had went wrong. Nick spent nearly an hour and a half swapping out phones, re-configuring and re-booting my iphone, making sure all components of my husbands phone worked correctly, and never once acted like I was a pain or inconvenience to him even though there were plenty of other people there asking him questions and needing his attention. He did it all with such grace and talent. I am so grateful for Nick and will definatley always go back and ask for him specifically. HE IS AWESOME!!!

Went in for an upgrade, a woman wearing street clothes, winter coat, NO name tag, carrying a purse (she looked like she was shopping on here lunch break) walked up to me, and asked me for my info, I was wondering who she was she did NOT look like she worked there, she looked EXTREMELY unprofessional. I asked her for some info on a specific device and promotion, she then proceeded to rudely walk away, saying they couldnt offer me the promotion but she would check the inventory still. long story short, she didnt do anything to help me with my upgrade, and was quite unpleasant to deal with. Whoever is running this store needs to really be ashamed of this situation, Ive been coming to THIS location for years, even tho I live in grove city. BECAUSE of the customer service I have received here in the past, I usually come here. Today, you have just lost a customer.

I recently switched over from Verizon to Sprint and had a great experience here. Two guys helped me out and I felt they both were very knowledgeable about the phone and plans offered. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and even during the busy 6PM rush, they seemed to be helping every person in order as quickly as possible. Im saving about $20 a month on my plan versus Verizon and have not had one issue with signal/service since switching. They have upgraded their towers and it seems to work just as well if not better. I love my new phone and they assisted me with setting all my apps and transferring all contacts and photos the same day. I will definitely be back to this location.

stay away from the young blonde guy. about a month ago i went to upgrade my phone from iPhone to Samsung he did not wanted to transfer anything. When i finally convinced him to do so he only transferred 200 of my 2500 pictures and none of my videos. about a week ago my husband went to do the same but now this time they had a especial about a tablet. When we left he said he ordered and it will come to our house. I asked for a receipt of the order but he said the computer did not give him anything. Today is been a week exactly. I call costumer services to check the status of my order and guess what????? There is no order. Never was. this store is full of incompetent people.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Tried to do an upgrade with them, and was unable on three different occasions because of "technical" difficulties within the store. Each time I was promised they would hold the phone for me, but each time I returned the next day, there was no phone. I was told that the "manager" had sold them each time, and there was nothing they could do about it. Was told "sorry about your luck". If you absolutely have to go into this store, make sure you do not get help from Terrance, as his customer service skills are extremely lacking. His product and system knowledge are even lower than his customer service skills!

The staff in this store is terrible. I went for 2 separate issues on 2 separate occasions and had terrible service. The first issue, my data was full. They guy tried to tell me is was from too many pictures, even though there were only 37 pictures on the phone. The second issue, there was a problem with my speaker. They guy told me that I should go down the street to an after market repair company to fix my phone but it would void my warranty. Whats the point of paying for insurance every month if the staff is going to tell you to go to some other store to get my phone fixed. Absolute crap.

The last two times I have gone there I was either just given a pamphlet and told they could not do anything or did not now how to help and the second time I was treated differently than when another person that I new when he went in. Therefore, I will not be returning or recommending this place because of the lack of training for the staff on how to give the best service to everybody.
