I stopped in this morning about 40 minutes prior to the store opening, but they let me into the store and handled everything I needed to handle before the store even opened. The door happened to be unlocked since they were setting up for the release of the new iPhone 4S and I had walked in inadvertently. But that is what made it even more amazing is that they took the time to help me even while setting up for the big release. In addition, they were more than friendly and competent in doing what I needed doing.

I went in to ask them a question about my phone, they greeted us and said someone would be with us in just moment. We waited for about 20 minutes until they were done with their customers and went up to some ladies that came in after us. Didnt even acknowledge us. Very rude and will never be going back. Wish I got their names. Go to the one on Hall Road. Wayy better staff and much more helpful.
