They lied to me about my plan. I opened up a new account with a cell phone and they gave me a tablet for "$1.00" but they did not tell me I was gonna be paying extra $10.00 every month for 24 months for that tablet, so basically the tablet itself is $241.00 and those tablets are only around $130-160 bucks if you buy them new in best buy or wherever (just not here). So anyway, I opened up my account on June 5 2016, I asked when was my first bill gonna be due... The guy told me "next month", "ok, cool" I said. A few days after around June 12 or so, I get this first bill for $163.23 due on June 26. I called customer service and ask them about it, I asked them what was I getting billed for because I had not even had my phone in use even two weeks, they told me a bunch of bullcrap like activation fees and fist time fees, one time fees and they were charging me the usage from May 2 to May 6, I was like WHAT? I did not even had my account opened till May 5 and you are charging me from day 2 to 6? So I ended just having to pay the bill because they told me they could not do anything about it. Big big big mistake opening up a new account with AT&T, I regret it and I will NEVER recommend this company and this store to no one because they lie.

We just switched from Verizon to AT&T. We took our new AT&T iPhone to this store for trouble shooting since we were having trouble with it functioning properly. The associates approached us and as soon as they realized we had purchased the phone from AT&T directly, they pretty much walked away leaving us standing for about an hour and 20 minutes. We asked to speak to the manager and they said she was tied up in a meeting and unavailable. There were several associates and all were pretty much unavailable. Service was nonexistent and one associate left the store to go to lunch leaving us standing. Eventually, we left without being helped. We would never go back to this store and cannot recommend their service as there was none. The entire experience was unacceptable--a waste of time. For the last year we have the horrible dealings with AT&T call center (the worst customer care) we have taken all of our issues to this store. The employees have been awesome and has helped us in every way. We no longer use the horrible call center we just go to this store and we walk out satisfied. Thank you guys for the awesome service for the last yesr!

Went to buy phone here always loved this location but the guy helping us was rude and arrogant the rest of the staff just sitting watching price is right on tv ended up walking out went to grove city location very helpful there and professional wont be doing georgesville square location anymore such a disappointment

Great experience buying my daughters phone. Then when I went back a couple days later -- thinking my own had died -- instead of trying to sell me a new one, the associate recommended a place where I could get my ancient phone repaired. I really appreciate that.
