I like the Inlay City Kroger better than other Kroger stores I have shopped at. The store is always clean and neat. I have noticed there is quite the turnover in the Pharmacy Dept though. Most people in that Dept are nice and helpful. However I have talked to some rude people on the phone. It has been awhile but it does happen occasionally. Today the girl who bagged my groceries didnt have a clue how to do that. Maybe the baggers who are new could have some extra training before they work bagging groceries. I had to keep rearranging the bags in the cart. Over all I like the store a lot.

The Krogers in Imlay City is the worst. The seafood case is always either just about empty or looks so messy I wouldnt want anything anyway. The water shelf has been empty the last two times I have been in there no matter what time of the day it is kinda like just before a hurricane in Florida. I love Krogers but from now on I will just wait and go to one of the nicer fully stocked stores in Shelby Twp which is 40 miles away. This last trip two of my coupons wouldnt scan and the cashier accused me of not getting those items so i had to dig them out of the bags to show him.

I like the store, but unhappy with the choices they have made for us. They dont feel we are good enough to provide us with Boars Head deli meats and cheeses. The meats are natural and without gluten. Also we were told that we would get the sushi bar, we never did. So I now go to Lapeer, where they do provide these things to their customers. I will go to this store for quick needs for home, but no longer for my groceries. Maybe they might find the people of Imlay City are good enough to provide the better quality items for them some day.

About an average experience for a Kroger, no really specific differences from others that I can tell. They of course carry fresh produce and everything else youd expect from a grocery store, and a bit of prepared food too. Cashiers and baggers tend to be nice to chat with.

Been going here off & on the past 3 or 4 years. Always find what Im looking for. Store is clean & well lighted. Staff is knowledgeable as to where items are. Staff helpful. I frequent the area in my RV often, havent been disappointed in the service.

continent place for me. they keep moving everything around. to many different vendors now. when i ask someone who is stocking the shelves where something is at they say i done work here. prices kinda high. but good selection of the everyday items.

Have everything I ever need and the selection is the best! So much better than Walmart or any other grocery stores for that matter... Highly recommend....just wish there were more of them and one closer to me... Build one in Bad Axe!!!

My second favorite Kroger. Convenient, but I often regret stopping once Im inside. It can get crazy crowded and often takes a long time to check out. More than once I have left without buying a thing.

Its a solid Kroger location! A few years ago they updated it so it is all fancy now. I cant really think of anything bad to say about it, its pretty much on par with every other Kroger Ive been to.

I my self found it humerus but my order was $48.52, I gave the girl $60. then said Ive got 2 cents which stumped her for a moment then she handed me $11.46 back. oops I got jipped 4 cents.

As a delivery driver I usually arrive through the early morning and the staff never answers the phone and when they do bother it usually takes 2 hours to unload my simi.
