It is no wonder this Sprint location was business of the year in 2014. The staff, all of the staff are amazing and work really hard to keep customers happy. The store manager is Patrick, who helped me establish my business account for phones in 3 states about 5 years ago and I have been nothing but pleased with customer service the entire tire from the store. I have had billing errors in the past, and some issues with Sprint on the phone, but if I take the time and go to the store with my questions or concerns the staff personally call with me and manage the adjustments when necessary. I refer all of my friends to this specific store because I know they are trustworthy and dedicated to keeping my business and my family happy.

This place is awful. Dirty used car salesmen here. Run away. go anywhere else but here. I was lied to and Sprint customer service agreed. I was overcharged. I went there and explained to the agent that my bill was wrong and all i got was attitude. This store does not care about their customers, only their commissions. Im glad Sprint was able to resolve my problem even though the store would not. Sprint take notice, stores like this one are damaging your reputation.

They want to charge me 30 Bucks for a Trackball and Beauty ring for my Blackberry. This is for an OEM part. The Beauty ring in all I need and they still want to charge me 30 Bucks. For the trackball and Beauty ring I can get OEM for $8 for both $12 bucks shipped. They are a Rip off. Dont buy replacement parts from them.

I love this store! Not only is it really close to my house, but they take care of me. Im glad I switched here from Verizon. The service is so much better.
