Extremely unhappy with the service here. Have insurance on my phone. Dropped phone off for a diagnostic test. When I came back they said there was nothing wrong with my phone so there was nothing they could do. Was told to go to the Apple Store. I went to the Apple Store and they fixed my phone right away. Worried about the guy that had my phone when the Apple rep told me that the rep at the Sprint store added his personal email account to my phone which there was no reason for in the first place. Upon looking at the email found some very disturbing emails that were highly offensive and very Racist. Found out about an employee at there Perrysburg store named Ryan that was fired just in case they dont believe I have the emails. Want to get to the bottom of why his personal email account was put on my phone in the first place. Maybe next time he should delete the account before he gives a phone back. I will be following up on why this was done at all. Thanks for nothing...I will be watching very closely for any suspicious activity or fraud.

We were looking to change from one of the big phone companies with the giant bill (you know who it is). We decided to give Sprint a try. I did a little research on which store to go too and I could not have made a better choice. We came in about 30 minutes before closing, the staff was accommodating and welcomed us in. Amanda answered all questions my wife and I had and informed is that they had some special promotions starting the next day that would greatly benefit us. So Amanda said she would be in the store at 8:30 the next morning and we could meet her there at 9. The store hours stated that they didnt open til 10, so she went above and beyond what she had to do to make sure that our switch was enjoyable. Two days in and my wife and I love our Galaxy 8+ phones all thanks to Amanda and the staff at this location. If you have Sprint and have problems or if you are looking to switch, go see Amanda she will fix you up with what you need and will answer all your questions and make sure you are satisfied and have a great experience.

Went in today with a cracked screen/ defective phone not really knowing what to expect... I was greeted and helped immediately. Amanda helped assist me today. She went above and beyond to help me and im truly grateful. I expected to spend an arm and a leg but that was not the case at all. Not only did she resolve my initial issue but she also helped me lower my bill and throughly explained everything she was doing and went over it with me. Im in the customer service business and let me tell you she has the right attitude for it. I will be returning to seeing her for any (hopefully there wont be any) of my cellular issues. Sprint made a great choice putting her in charge of management at this location.

Today I experienced what could have been a potentially set of tragic events which led me on 12 Mile and Mound where I received the greatest service from the three great guys Steven, Dominick and Isaac. Who fixed my phone, charged me nothing and were the greatest and coolest Representatives with Sprint I have ever met. Which says a lot considering that I paid a visit to the store on 8th Mile and Gratiot moments earlier when the representative tried to charge me $200 for something that I paid absolutely nothing for. Dom, Steve and Isaac are the greatest if you need them theyre right on 12 Mile and Mound just before you hit the Meijers. Tell them Ms. Cady sent you.

Customer Service at this store SUCKS!! I recently went to this store to exchange a phone that I purchased at another certified Sprint store five days before. The person who waited on me barely listened to what I had to say never looked at the phone and rushed me and my companion out of the store even though we were the only people there. I will NEVER return back to this store again!!

Amazing customer service from both Amanda & Dominic!! They were helpful and patient with me as I was trying to decide what plan and phone to choose for my first solo plan. Gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision and even ended up staying an hour past closing to make sure I was completely satisfied!! Love this location

First of all I got a new phone at this store and they are very good at what they do. These other Google Reviews are from people that only log onto Google and write mainly bad reviews and call people bad names. They are awesome people here and Andy took care of me very well, I was not ripped off and will continue to come back to this store.

I love this sprint store! Amanda and Isaac Are amazing they help me every time I go in there. Amanda trys to get the bill down and has amazing customer service! Isaac will find away to get the job done! My phone wouldnt back up and so he did it on the computer I wont go to any other sprint store but that one! Amazing job sprint store

Amazing experince here! I had an issue with a return and Amanda went above and beyond to ensure the answer I was looking for. She reached out to higher management to make sure I walked away a satisfied customer! Just switched from Verizon. This store and staff are amazing. They have the best customer service I have received by any cellphone store. They took the time to walk us through the process of purchasing new devices and get me the best accessories to protect my phones. Thank you Amanda and your staff that helped my family that day.

Amanda was very friendly and helpful! Ive been in there twice now and during my first visit there was an absolutely awful customer in there screaming because she didnt want to pay her bill. The staff handled that situation so well, I was so pleasantly surprised. Great Sprint location!
