I was courteously helped and after my out-of-Country non-AT&T phone didnt work immediately, they even hooked me up with their help desk to finally get it running. During that time several people entered and as the other two clerks were already dealing with their own customers, this one guy Thomas Berry was able to help three people at a time. Additionally he figured out that a lady might even save some dollars if she switched to a different plan. I was in the store for about an hour (partially due to my own stupidity) and all three dealt with their customers professionally and fast. This is the way it should be.

I dont like how I was treated. I walked in looking to get new service. The guy was so rude to me and my husband. They employee didnt want to help he told me I would have a better chance online or calling customer service. I would never visit here again. Just lost a future customer.
