Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. We went to the Polaris Mall AT&T first and they did not have the phone we wanted in stock so she called the Lewis Center location. Brittany answered and said that they had the phone in stock and would hold it. We get there about 30 mins later and it was the wrong phone and instead of taking responsibility and apologizing for the wrong information, she shouts across the room in a VERY sarcastic manner and said that the woman on the phone said Galaxy S8 Plus not the S8. I told her that she didnt say that because we were standing right there. Brittany was EXTREMELY rude, unapologetic, and one of the worst customer service reps Ive ever incountered. I will never ever go to the this store again and plan on switching phone companies because of the experience. We are long time customers with AT&T and planned a whole day around upgrading our phones. We were told that the phones we wanted were there and instead of being understanding and apologetic all we received was sarcasm and an attitude. I will be calling the store manager Amos tomorrow and will update my review with what happened.

Absolutely terrible service. Manager was very rude, disrespectful, unprofessional and arrogant. I first said I wanted to upgrade to the 6, guaranteed sale but he never took control. Had more fun being unprofessional. Nobody was in the store at 3:30 on a Sunday. I wonder why. Go to the Sawmill store. Sales associates treat you like they really care. Ask for Justin.

Poor customer service. They added $445.00 to my bill on accident. Then the manager spent 4 days trying to remove it with no success. A simple call on my end to AT&T it was removed instantly. The girl working there didnt have a clue as to what accessories worked with what. Its a shame I read the already posted bad reviews but still tried my luck with this store.

Changed to 5 stars. Very friendly and helpful last couple times Ive been forced to come by - as the Delaware store refuses to provide customers with service of any sort. Knowledgeable staff was able to swap my phones in about 15 mins. Seemed to be plenty of staff on hand so no one was waiting.

Worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Im a paying customer who just needed help with my phone so to hear "thats not our problem." That was quite frustrating. Go anywhere else but here.

Dont bother trying to call, they keep the phone off the hook (see pictures). Very rude staff that blame problems on everyone but themselves, wasted my time and money.
