I just moved here and been to this location twice now. My first experience was great as I was just there to by food but what was a little disappointing is this one location did not offer military discount but that is a little thing. For my second visit I called to see if they had room for my two dogs to be groomed and they were not busy and I came right in. After arriving they were very slow on greeting me and continued in the back. I ended up paying 165.00 for 2 dogs to have a de-shedding done and for my smaller one to get a trim and both nails cut. On arriving they could only cut my bigger dogs hind legs and on my other one they told me I had to pay more to get rid of the sharpness of having her nails cut. It was just a crappy experience and I felt like I overpaid and will not be going back again. I will try another petco location or a different groomer from now on.

I will not be returning for grooming again. Took my Bichon Frise on Monday July 18 for the first time to check out their grooming service. I usually go to Magic Touch but wanted to give Petco a try because it was close to my home. My dog was shaved in two spots under his tail so closely that it caused razor burn. I dont think the groomer had enough experience and when I took my dog back to show the damage she asked if he had been scooting on a carpet! Uh, no. Try again. It was obvious she goofed because the hair was missing in those two inflamed areas. Didnt think I had to inspect under his tail before we left. The manager was apologetic and offered a product to help with the pain and burning. My poor dog was so uncomfortable. Hoping the bald spots grow back soon.

I bought a crested gecko here 3 weeks ago. We did everything right and despite our best efforts it died. He never ate from the second he was brought home and he wasnt very active. I suspect he was sick when we bought him. Although I didnt get any advice from the store I didnt mind since my sister in law has raised many reptiles, including geckos and taught us how to handle him, what to feed him, and how to house him. For $60 I would think they would of at least given us some advice, but they just plopped the gecko in a box and sent me on my way without any word. As I dont have the receipt, or the body, Im not going to bother getting a refund. Im just so disappointed and my son was devastated.

Horrible service. No one wants to help you and it is impossible to even find help in the store. There are spills all over the floor from a refrigerator thats not working and the food is left there to spoil. Who is in charge of this place? You advertise specials on a antlers then you dont even have any and wont bother to look if you have more in the store room.

This is the worst petco. Your better if going to the one on federal rd. And DANA IS THE WORST EMPLOYEE SHE TOOK 20 minutes to ring me up and would not stop hassling me about my tank size and if the 3 small guppy fish were gonna be ok. This store is really slow and filled with hippies.

brought my small dog in for a bath,nail clipping,they told me $45 when i got there i had ask them do they use oatmeal or whiting they said it would be $7 dollars more for each.are you kidding me,$60 for a wash and nail clipping,outrageous prices,the staff had very little experience.
