This doggie daycare establishment is a disaster waiting to happen to someones dog. There is a reason that its much cheaper than the market; also a case of you get what you pay for. This review is rather long as my experience with this shop and the owner has been horrible, if you dont have time to read it all, Ill cut to the chase, DO NOT LEAVE YOUR DOG HERE!! These are not proper facilities to take care of dogs. Corners are cut to do things as cheaply as possible. I have no complaints about Jorge who runs the store; he is always helpful and respectful but someone in charge of the store cannot simultaneously take care of the dogs. Further warning signs were after after asking the owner why more dogs werent in daycare, he chalked it up to negativity from the community and went through a litany of reasons why he + his business have been treated unfairly, incl. someone "lying" about him abusing a dog in the park. Apparently, he was just trying to calm the dog down or take him by the collar or something. The most appalling thing that happened to me is my dog was not picked up and taken to daycare one day. I was told later that their car had broken down; its inconceivable to me that someone couldnt come by to give him a walk so he could relieve himself. No one called to alert me that my dog hadnt gotten to use the bathroom all day. I only found out because at 4pm my building mgmt called after a neighbor complained that my dog had been barking for a while; no doubt because he was uncomfortable after not being able to relieve himself all day. Prior to this fiasco, I also boarded my dog with them for a few nights. I thought it was strange that I had to request specifically that someone stay with him overnight. I tried to enquire what was protocol if I hadnt asked about that, "would he have been left by himself in the store all night?". The response, "no you just need to ask for someone to stay with him". I strongly suspect that my dog was alone overnight Plus, my dogs bordetella expired recently and no-one alerted me to that; They are severely under-staffed which is why no one noticed, also meaning dogs are likely to be exposed to unvaccinated dogs there. I had a conversation with the owner after I asked them to drop my dog off at the vet instead of bringing him home one day (when I finally got the bordetella appt.) They brought my dog to the wrong hospital. I had made the arrangements for the trip to the vet with the shop attendee who runs the daycare, and he was out the day that my dog was to be taken to the vet). The guy that makes dog runs wasnt speaking to me at that point b/c I had complained about my dog not being picked up at all for day-care that 1 day, so instead of checking with me he just took him where he thought he needed to go. When I spoke to the owner about it, his response: I assumed they had the right vet address and "you know what hapens when you assume" ..Cant believe I left my dog in this guys care. This guy feels disrespected at the drop of a hat. He got into an argument with a security officer at my building because he was asked to move his car b/c it blocked the gate entrance when he came to pick up my dog and a snow-plow needed to get through; He felt disrespected and threatened the security guard, telling him to wait until he got off work. Does this sound like someone you want taking care of your dog? I also noticed one morning that he took my dog from my building to the car w/o walking him. After I asked him if my dog gets to use the bathroom before being driven to daycare, he said yes, after picking him up he walks around the corner before loading him in the car. After this very conversation I watched from my window as he left the building and loaded my dog in his car and drove away. Someone that could lie to my face like that about something as basic as having my dog relieve himself should not be in the business of taking care of dogs Quite simply this place should not have a license to board dogs or run a doggie daycare. Heed this review DONT LEAVE YOUR DOG HERE

This place is fantastic. George really knows what customer service means. Hes so friendly and helpful. If ever I need something they dont have hes more than happy to order it specially for me to arrive that day or then next. He works with me and has offered to stay open a bit later when I work late to make sure I get what I need. Everything is a bit cheaper than petco/petsmart. Its a small store but I never seem to go without! :)

I walked in there and the place smelled overwhelmingly of animal waste. There was urine and fecal matter covering the doggy daycare area (literally about 8 or 9 piles of dog poop) that had not been cleaned up and the worker seemed to have no desire to clean it. The pets there for doggy daycare run around in their own bathroom. It was disgusting.
